Energy healing for heavy emotions.
My love if you are here today and you are feeling all the feels I have got you.
Let's bring in some healing for you today and slowly start to find a nice beautiful comfortable seat.
Soften your shoulders,
Relax your jaw and allow yourself to sink into this moment a little bit deeper.
Allow yourself and your body to relax.
Let's take a nice beautiful cleansing breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and when you're ready just allow yourself to sink a little bit deeper in your sit bones.
Taking this time for healing,
For deep release.
Just allow yourself to relax and release with every single breath.
Now just taking your awareness to the part of the body where you feel the emotion the strongest.
From here gently start to notice how that emotion feels in your body.
Notice the sensations,
Experience maybe additional emotions that come up when we start to bring our awareness into that space,
That area of the body or your mind where this emotion is sitting and it's feeling uncomfortable.
Maybe you noticing that urge to run away or to distract.
That's just our body's natural way of coping with emotions.
However when we hold on to these emotions they will keep coming back and back and will feel like we are reliving these emotions over and over again.
So today's healing is here to help you release those feelings and we do that firstly by facing and leaning into the sensations,
The thoughts,
The emotions that surround this area.
If you are open to energy healing right now,
I'd like for you to just say yes in your third eye for me.
If you would prefer not to have energy healing just say no in your third eye and this will help me to send the intention out to everyone here who is a yes for energy healing right now in this moment in time.
Allow yourself just a moment of compassion.
Breathe deeper and exhale completely.
With the next inhale I'd like for you to see some of the grayish dirty energy connected to this emotion or this feeling starting to leave with the breath.
Deep breath in,
Hold the breath here for a moment and then as you exhale releasing that grayish dirty energy through the mouth.
Beautiful.
Right now I'm just gently cleansing and clearing out the energy of this feeling.
It feels heavy,
It might feel tingly,
Sticky.
Keep breathing,
Keep breathing into this area bringing your awareness to your heart and I'd like for you to imagine breathing in a beautiful pink color.
This pink color is of healing and unconditional love and as we're clearing out some of this negative emotion,
This negative feeling,
I'd love for you to breathe in this unconditional love for yourself,
For this part of your body,
The version of yourself that experienced this feeling,
This emotion and just wrap this beautiful pink color from your heart over that organ,
Body part,
Thoughts or emotion right now.
You are held,
You are safe,
This is for you,
This healing is here and it's available for you.
Imagine that beautiful pink light wrapping you and holding you and nurturing you and the feeling.
Let's take a nice beautiful breath in again through the nose,
Hold at the top and as you exhale I'd like for you to imagine just sending some of that pink light around your body forming a beautiful protective bubble around you.
This bubble is healing and it is nurturing and it will surround your body for as long as you still need as you are processing and releasing this emotion.
Keep breathing into the area and now notice if there has been a shift,
May or may not be.
Notice if the emotion has moved to a different part of the body,
Is the intensity still the same and I'd like for you to just stay here and breathe wherever it is,
Follow the feelings,
Follow the uncomfortable,
Lean into it my love,
You are protected,
You are safe in this beautiful bubble of pink healing light.
Breathe deeply as you breathe,
I am now sending healing energy into those emotions,
Those thoughts,
Just allowing your body to receive and be open to this healing now.
You might even say thank you for this healing,
I am on a path to recovery,
I am on a path of healing or whatever you would like,
Whatever resonates with you in this moment.
A deep breath in my love and exhale.
It's bringing a hand onto your heart and just acknowledge your body for the amazing work it's doing here to help you process this emotion.
Acknowledge your energy and your intuition,
Your guides that are all here to support you along the way as you work through this emotion.
The hard work is facing the emotion and healing it and stepping into a space of healing,
So acknowledge yourself my love for doing this work,
It is so important.
I wanted to honor you today for taking that step in this direction of self-healing.
