Okay,
So yeah go ahead and close your eyes and just check your feet are flat on the floor unless you're cross-legged and that's okay.
And just allow your attention just to settle in to your body.
Allow your body to relax.
Allow your shoulders to relax.
Your jaw and just feel that sense of ease.
You can really just let go.
There's nothing that we need to do at the moment.
We can just really relax,
Let go and just be empty.
Really empty,
Empty,
Empty out.
Empty and just feel how nice that is just to be able to relax and be easy.
Just a really real relief and take a few deep breaths.
So breathing out through the mouth.
Nice long steady exhale.
Really emptying out.
Emptying out any concerns,
Any tensions,
Anything you might have been preoccupied with.
Just letting it all go with the breath.
Breathing out till your lungs,
Your belly are completely empty.
And a couple more and last one.
Just continuing to be aware of your body.
Be aware if there's any any emotion inside of you or any sort of disturbance.
Be aware if your mind is active.
We can just bring our attention really to meet however it is inside of us.
So instead of just trying to overlook anything so that we can be relaxed,
We're really just open and aware and meeting with our attention any tension.
Whether that be physical or emotional.
And just to be,
Just to see wide-eyed what's actually inside of me.
Just allow.
We don't need to push anything away,
Exclude anything,
Resist.
But just fully be open to and allow whatever's there.
So it's actually a big,
It can be a big relief because there's a lot of energy that goes into distracting or suppressing.
We can just be open and allow and see.
And just being really relaxed with whatever,
Whatever we find,
Whatever we become aware of.
Just being really relaxed with it and easy.
Don't have to put up a fight.
Just be present and open.
We just allow ourselves to see what's there.
It really takes away the fear.
Fear of what might be there or what we might encounter.
We just,
Just look and see and be present.
Be easy.
And as you do this,
You can feel that deeper sense of relaxation in your body.
And relaxation comes because we're not spending energy resisting,
Pushing away,
Fighting,
Suppressing.
We're just fully here and present.
Feel your body relaxing more deeply,
Letting go.
And in that deeper sense of calm,
Even if there is still activity emotionally or mentally,
At the same time you can start to feel a deeper sense of calm and relaxation.
Because all is good,
All is okay.
No matter what you might be feeling,
There's a deeper sense that all is good and it's okay.
Just feeling that sense of ease and calm just spreading throughout the body.
The body becomes more relaxed as we become more relaxed.
And you might start to feel sensation in the body,
In the hands or the legs or anywhere.
It can make itself known anywhere in the body.
As we relax more and more,
It'll just become apparent.
Different areas.
And if you don't necessarily feel sensation anywhere,
You can go ahead and bring your attention to specific areas like the hands or the feet.
And if you're focusing somewhere specific,
It'll start to emerge.
Just feeling that sense of relaxation,
Sensation just throughout the body.
It's really so good,
So nurturing and nourishing to really connect with the body in this way.
Just feeling the sensation in your hands and your feet,
Your legs.
And still being really aware if there's still some sort of tension or emotion or thought.
Just can be aware of that as well as this deep relaxation and sensation.
Just being really here,
Really present.
So staying in this place.
When you feel ready,
You can gradually open your eyes.
