Your calm and peaceful voice really helps to focus on relaxation. From there, following along with the guided imagery was a natural progression. This meditation is a powerful practice and useful tool for going deeply inwards. One that I’ll come back to and feel confident in the ability to do on my own.

It reminded me of the introduction to any game I have loved. I enjoyed the part involving geometric figures. The robot is a wise play on the ideas of Buddhism and us all be reflections of others.
