Learn To Visualise - Innery - Ch2 - The Crimson City

In the previous chapter you have built your Imaginationship. You were allowed to enter the quartz walls by showing your true purpose to the statue. Now, you will take off and enter Innery, where you will be introduced to the Ministers of your inner world. In future journeys, you will meet and work with these Ministers to develop and grow, while searching for the Golden Emperoress.

Transcript

Sit comfortably,

Put your feet on the floor,

Rest your hands on your thighs,

Make sure your waist is not constricted by tight buttons or bells.

Inhale deeply,

Fill your abdomen and your chest with air.

While you breathe out,

Feel your whole body relax,

Your muscles release,

Extend.

Every time you breathe out,

Feel the support of your seat.

Breathe deeply.

Feel the air go through your nose.

You're able to relax even deeper.

Once again,

Breathe in deeply.

While you breathe out,

You feel a sense of relaxation rising through your body.

A gentle wave of comfort travels from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

Now,

If you haven't already,

You can close your eyes.

Note how your body releases,

Put your attention on the tranquility growing in you.

You are well relaxed in a state of pleasant relaxation.

Now listen to my voice,

Only my voice.

Let it accompany you and help you get in touch with deeper parts of your mind.

Breathe deeply again.

Release your tensions,

Your emotions and your thoughts become quiet and calm.

Your body becomes heavy with relaxation.

Let your thoughts pass like clouds in the sky.

Slowly,

Quietly,

Let yourself go in an awakened dream state as it happens before you fall asleep,

But instead of falling asleep.

Now,

With your imagination,

Go back to the control room of your imagination ship.

You are cruising at high speed through a dark void.

You see a small dot in the distance,

Staining the darkness.

Slowly,

This dot starts getting larger.

The void becomes coral colored,

Your muscles deeply relax,

Deeper.

You feel as if your arms and your legs were getting longer.

A wave of release fill your whole body.

Your muscles release,

The joints delicately relax.

Your body is comfortably heavy with relaxation.

The void becomes orange,

Your emotions feel calm and at ease.

A sensation of tranquility expands inside your whole being.

Slowly,

The dot starts getting larger as you are getting closer,

Bigger and larger.

It is a perfect circle,

Letting the light in.

The void becomes gold,

Your thoughts quieten.

Let them run as clouds in the sky without following them.

The void becomes green.

You feel a sensation of calm and confidence.

You relax even deeper.

As you get closer to the growing dot of the light,

You feel the ship going faster.

You see a large clock on top of the deck.

You notice that the hand of the seconds is slowing down considerably.

The faster you go,

The slower it gets.

The color of the void becomes blue.

You feel a sensation of deep peace and well-being.

Then you see a color between blue and violet,

Indigo.

You feel completely at ease,

In harmony with yourself and the world.

The dot is now a large opening.

The seconds on the clock get slower and slower.

Now the color of the void becomes purple.

You experience a feeling of deep love and serenity.

The void becomes white.

The clock is almost still.

You finally break through.

You are out of the void and in front of you,

Through the 180 degree bow window of the ship.

You see a beautiful landscape.

Below you,

Snow-topped mountains spread east-west as far as your eyes can see.

Beyond them,

You see a vast land of golden crops.

Far in the distance,

In the south,

You see the ocean,

While south-west,

You can see a dark green forest.

The imagination ship begins to lose altitude,

Aiming to land somewhere just north of the golden crops.

As you get closer to the ground,

You see a large red city.

The houses are all made of red bricks.

In the center,

A huge castle towers on top of a hill.

The red is deeper,

Shinier.

As you approach the beautiful palace,

You notice that the bricks are made of shiny rubies.

A docking station buzzes out of the walls,

A gate opens,

And the ship enters a very large hangar.

Delicately,

The ship docks.

The electrostatic sound of the engine quietens.

The ship's door opens.

As you walk down the holographic stairs,

You see there is an old man waiting for you.

You recognize him.

You remember talking to his holographic image.

The old sage greets you.

Welcome,

Inhabitant of the Earth.

It's great to meet you in person and see that you reach the crimson city safe and sound.

I am the Emperor's Protector.

We have a lot to talk about.

Come,

I'll show you to your quarters.

As you walk through the castle,

You see that the walls are made of rubies.

The old sage opens a door and lets you inside a beautiful room,

Red and gold.

I'm sure you had a challenging journey.

If you're not used to breaking the space-time continuum,

It can feel quite tiring.

Freshen up.

Rest for a while.

There will be a ministry hearing in your honour.

You will have a chance to meet the Ministries of Inari.

Meet me beforehand in the Great Hall Chamber.

There is a lot you need to know.

Not everyone in the ministry is keen on your involvement.

It's important you're prepared for what lies ahead.

Having said that,

The sage leaves with a small bow.

Enjoy the scent of incense.

Maybe take a quick thermal bath.

As you relax and enjoy the surroundings,

You feel incredibly rested and at ease.

As if you belonged here all your life,

You just didn't know it yet.

When you are ready,

You get dressed with beautiful golden garments.

They were ready for you,

Neatly folded on a chair.

Then you walk out your room's door.

You swiftly walk a number of corridors.

The walls are adorned with exotic drapes,

Maps of different worlds,

Beautiful paintings encased in handmade golden frames.

You finally enter the chamber.

The sage smiles at you,

And without wasting any time,

He starts talking.

As you might have deducted,

You have now entered Inari.

Inari is divided in nine continents.

Each continent is ruled by a number of ministers.

These continents are located on different planes of existence.

What you saw from above is just the first speckle of Inari.

It is what your current level of awareness allows you to see.

I'm sure you will soon experience a lot more.

Inari is constantly transforming,

But this transformation is getting slower each year that passes.

When it will stop transforming,

It will inevitably crumble.

During its younger years,

While it was shaping into what it is today,

Inari was transforming very quickly under the guidance of the Golden Empress.

Each minister was responsible for their assigned task.

Everything and everyone was thriving.

Then,

A few years back,

It must have been about twelve after Inari was born,

If my math is right,

The emperors suddenly disappeared.

We have been rudderless ever since.

Depending on the situations arising,

Ministers have been taking power,

Interchanging when needed.

Some ministers have grown stronger,

Invading and absorbing the responsibilities of other ministers in order to stay in power for longer stretches.

But this has altered the balance.

Only the Golden Empress can restore this balance.

Put the ministers back in place.

Your job will be to tame the stronger ministers,

Help the weaker develop and find the emperors.

It is no easy task,

But you are the only one that can do it.

Let's go now.

It is time for you to meet the ministers.

You will be introduced to them briefly,

But you will have a chance to spend considerable time with many of them,

In their constituency.

Let's not delay further,

They are waiting.

He guides you through a heavy golden double door.

As you enter,

You are presented with a beautifully decorated room.

On the far end,

You notice right away a huge golden throne.

One of the ministers is sitting on it.

As you walk in,

The minister leaves the throne empty.

There are rows of benches to your left and more to your right.

You walk the aisle and see the ministers sitting on the benches.

As you walk through their eyes,

They observe you.

You notice their garments are distinctive in style and colour.

By the throne,

There is a chair.

The sage walks to it and introduces you to the prime minister.

Let your mind freely create his or her appearance.

Have a chat.

You shall not hear any voices or imagine any conversations.

Just let the communication happen freely,

With no judgement,

Knowing that what needs to be exchanged is being exchanged.

The communication is now open.

The prime minister will help you with your relationship with the ministers.

Your adventure in Inari is about to begin.

Get ready.

But now.

Now I'll count to ten.

When I say eight,

You will open your eyes.

You will feel good,

In harmony with yourself and others.

And when I say ten,

You'll be back here,

Now,

In the physical world.

One,

Two,

Three,

You're coming back.

Four,

Five,

You feel your body more and more clearly.

Six,

Seven,

You feel the desire to continue on your path of discovery.

Eight,

Open your eyes.

Nine,

Ten,

You're here,

Now,

With all your faculties.

You feel a great energy that prepares you to face life with strength and determination,

To achieve the results you want.
