Letting go is one of the very important practices on our healing journey. It also can be one of the most challenging. You can use this meditation to let go of something you couldn't forgive for a while, and also for letting go of the feeling of loneliness.

Hi beautiful soul!

Welcome to the letting go meditation.

Welcome to the space.

Let's begin with this one of the most significant practices of your healing journey.

Sit comfortably on the floor or on the chair.

Place your hands on your knees,

Palms facing up,

Relaxed,

Open to receive the divine energy.

Carefully close your eyes unless they are already closed.

You have arrived.

Inhale like your weight dropped to the earth,

Allowing you to feel lightness in your chest.

Take a deep inhale.

Open your mouth and exhale H-A.

Let's do it again.

Inhale slowly,

Deliberately.

And now allow the air leave your lungs.

Leaving them completely empty of the oldest air hiding somewhere deep at the bottom of your lungs.

Inhale slowly.

On one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale even slower.

On one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale one,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Noticing your shoulders dropping down,

Your jaw more relaxed,

Your arms are heavy,

Your body is calm,

Feeling settled.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And now exhale something that you couldn't forgive.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale it again.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Believe how it feels.

Is there any bitterness left?

Let's do it again.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale it again,

Freeing yourself from this lower vibrational energy.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Open your mouth and exhale.

Imagining how that bitterness is leaving your lungs,

Through your chest and disappearing.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale and feel lighter in your chest.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale on five.

And let's work on lowliness.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Open your mouth and exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale on five.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale on five.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale on five.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale on five.

Clearing up space for new energy,

New understandings,

Gratitude for this human experience.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale whatever is left of that loneliness feeling.

Allowing your light to shine through.

And now inhale some fresh,

New,

Delicious air with gratitude for being able to heal,

To learn,

To have emotions.

Exhale gratitude for being a human.

And to experience this reality with all its emotions.

Exhale with gratitude again and exhale with even more gratitude.

And now bring your attention to your fingers and toes.

Loving them.

Lovingly waking them up.

And when you're ready,

Gently,

With a lot of intention,

Open your eyes.

Smile.

Look around.

Remembering how you just felt.

And keeping that memory with you.

Namaste.

Thank you. The breathing exercise was very beautiful. With regards to loneliness, I think I only feel lonely if I am with a crowd of people who I can't relate with. With regards to forgiveness, I think that perhaps there is an art to forgiveness. Love Shuman Thank you Katerina.
