The purpose of this meditation is to experience a deep inner power,
A strength that comes from being fully present to our original essence.
When we create from this strong,
Centered place,
It is as if we have the whole universe at our back,
Supporting us.
We act in truth of who we are,
The truth of our infinite potential.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through the mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose and exhaling and relaxing your body.
Another deep,
Slow breath and exhale and bring your attention to your heart.
We ask and intend to feel and know our own power in this physical form.
We ask to let go of all distractions,
Fears,
Confusion,
To quiet our human minds,
And to come fully home to the essence of our being.
Awakening to our own power to create our lives.
Take another deep,
Deep breath and exhale.
Begin to imagine a light in the center of your chest.
Allow this light to expand and fill your whole upper chest,
Expanding throughout your body into your abdomen,
Your head,
Your legs,
Your arms,
And outside your body 360 degrees,
Until you're in a sphere of a very warm,
Clear,
Gold light.
About three or four feet out from your body.
We ask and intend that this light hold only the energy of your higher consciousness and the frequency of source.
If you notice any distracting thoughts or energies in this space or in your physical body,
Begin to blow these out of your space with each exhale.
Deep breath in and exhaling and releasing and blowing them out of your space.
You might even sense places in your body that feel tension or tightness or hold some old emotion or belief.
And as you notice this,
Just relax and ask to let go.
We ask and intend to let go of all these old beliefs that keep us small,
Fears,
The confusion in our minds from what other people tell us,
Especially any sense of needing to stay small.
Focusing in your heart,
The intention to expand into who you really are,
To come to know more fully your power,
As if that intention begins to burst any bonds that have been put around your heart,
Intending to open and let your light shine.
Give yourself the freedom.
We ask and intend to clear and release at the root cause any sense of needing to stay small and hidden.
Any fear of being seen from every cell in our physical bodies and from our conscious and subconscious mind.
Take another deep,
Deep breath and exhale.
Bringing your attention back to your heart and that light,
Perhaps feeling a little stronger and brighter,
Still holding that sphere around you.
Imagine now that there's a beam of light,
A little larger diameter,
Strong,
Solid,
Protective beam of light,
Holding you in your sacred space and going all the way to the center of this planet and then all the way up through the Milky Way galaxy and to source at the center of this universe,
Connecting us with the energy of our divine creator.
With our intention to feel our original power as we were originally created,
Begin to imagine your awareness following this beam of light up towards the source,
Up towards our divine creator.
Imagine you're at a place now with a very,
Very bright light where you can experience and remember in your whole being how you are created of the same energy as Source,
Made of love and truth,
Of beauty and goodness.
As you're in the presence of your creator,
Feel the resonance of your being and your light with this energy,
Opening to feel more empowered in you,
This same strong,
Powerful,
Creative energy,
Allowing it to be activated in your being.
If there's a quality you would like to be activated in you,
Simply ask and open to receive a message.
It may come in words or a feeling or a symbol.
And now imagine that this energy and experience are held in a small sphere of light that we bring back with us through space,
Through the galaxy,
Back to our original geographic location,
Through this beam.
And bring yourself fully in your physical body and imagine this ball of light above your head with this message and energy and experience of reconnecting with and activating in your being your own creative power.
Allow this light to come in through the top of your head,
This pure Source energy,
Filling your whole head and anchoring in the center of your brain.
As it flows down your neck and throat,
Across your shoulders,
Into your upper chest,
This light and energy dissolves all resistance to you being who you really are.
This pure,
Unconditional love,
Activating this remembering of who you are as an empowered extension of our divine creator.
Anchoring this behind your heart,
The energy continues to flow into your lower abdomen and down your legs and into your feet.
Feeling yourself fully in this physical human body,
Safe and protected and living a powerful,
Purposeful life.
Anchoring this energy and intention behind your navel.
And seeing your physical body now as if glowing with this Source energy in every cell,
Held and protected in your sacred space and always connected through this beam of light around you.
Take a few deep breaths as you bring your attention to your heart,
Seeing that point of light behind your heart connected now to a point in the center of your brain,
Point behind your navel.
Sensing this beam in your body,
The smaller horizontal beam at your heart,
To hold you in this stable,
Strong,
Connected and aligned place from which to create with infinite possibilities.
And so it is.
