Welcome,
Beautiful soul.
I'm so glad you're here.
Maybe you found your way to this meditation because you've been seeing it.
Again and again.
On the clock.
On a receipt.
A license plate.
The moment you glance at your phone for no reason at all.
And there it is.
11 11 You don't need to know exactly why yet.
You only need to know that something in you noticed.
And something in you is curious.
That's enough to explore and begin.
You don't need to know exactly why yet.
You only need to know that something in you noticed.
And something in you is curious.
That's enough to explore and begin.
We're not going to analyze this number today.
We're going to feel it.
We're going to let your body settle so deeply that your inner knowing the part of you that recognized 1111 before your mind even caught up.
Can speak a little more clearly.
Let me share briefly what we'll be moving through together today,
So your mind can relax.
We'll begin by setting a simple intention.
A gentle inner statement that gives your subconscious mind something to quietly hold onto.
While the rest of you rests.
Intention setting at the start of a practice like this helps direct where your awareness settles.
The same way naming a destination before a walk shapes the path you take.
Even if you're not thinking about it consciously.
As you are.
From there,
We'll move into a body scan.
What is sometimes called a rotation of consciousness.
During this body scan,
We'll travel slowly through the body,
Simply noticing various body parts.
This is about giving your nervous system a reason to let go.
Region by region.
Until there's no part of you still holding on.
And keeping watch.
A body that feels safe is a body that allows the mind underneath it to be still.
And to be quiet.
Once your body has settled completely,
We'll move into a visualization of a doorway.
Framed by 1111.
And a space just beyond it.
Visualization at this depth of relaxation matters because when the body is still and the thinking mind has softened,
The images that arise.
Tend to come.
From somewhere quieter.
And deeper.
Than your everyday thoughts.
Often this is where insight lives,
In stillness,
Without any effort.
We'll close with a series of affirmations.
Affirmations spoken while the body is relaxed and the mind is open.
Tend to settle differently.
Than they would in ordinary waking life.
Less like something you're trying to convince yourself of,
More like something you're simply allowing to be true.
And then gently will return.
Back to waking consciousness.
So now let's find your most comfortable position.
That could be lying down.
Or it could be sitting upright in a chair.
You want to find a place.
Where you feel completely supported.
Let your arms rest a little away from your body.
Poem spacing out.
If that feels comfortable Let your legs be heavy.
Feet falling gently apart.
This is a practice of non-doing.
There is nothing to figure out.
Or solve.
All that is asked.
Is for you to settle in.
And listen to my voice.
If you fall asleep,
That's alright.
Your inner being is always listening.
Even in sleep.
Let's begin by taking three cleansing breaths.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And let it go with a sigh.
Another one.
Deep breath in.
And exhale with a sigh.
One more time,
Deep breath in through the nose.
And release,
Long and slow.
And now let your breath return.
To its own natural rhythm again.
No need to control it.
Just notice it,
Like watching the tide move in and out in its own time.
With each exhale.
Let yourself sink a little further.
Into the support beneath you.
You don't have to hold yourself up right now.
You are being held.
Let's now set an intention for our practice.
Not a goal,
Just a soft inner statement.
Silently in your own mind.
Say,
I am open to receiving guidance.
I am willing to slow down to notice it.
Let that intention rest quietly.
In the back of your awareness,
Like a candle left burning in another room.
We'll return to it later.
And now bring your attention to your body.
We're going to move slowly through it together.
Simply noticing.
No need to move anything.
Bring your awareness to your right hand.
Your thumb.
Index finger.
Middle finger Ring finger.
Little finger.
The palm of your right hand.
The back of your right hand.
Your right wrist.
Forearms.
Elbow.
Upper arm.
And shoulder.
Now the left hand.
Left thumb.
Index finger.
Middle finger.
Ring finger.
Little finger.
The palm of your left hand.
The back of your left hand.
Left wrist.
Forearm.
Elbow.
Upper arm.
Shoulder.
Both shoulders together.
The back of your neck.
The crown of your head.
Your forehead softening.
The space between your eyebrows.
Saphenine.
Your eyes resting heavy in their sockets.
Your cheeks.
Your job.
Your jaw unclenching.
Your lips slightly parting.
Your chin.
Your throat.
Your chest rising and falling on its own.
Your heart center,
Warm and steady.
Your stomach.
Saw.
Your lower belly.
Your right hip.
Right thigh.
Right knee.
Right shin.
Right ankle.
The top of your right foot.
The sole of your right foot.
All five toes of your right foot.
Your left hip.
Left thigh.
Left knee.
Left shin.
Left ankle.
The top of your left foot.
The sole of your left foot.
All 5 toes of your left foot.
Feel your whole body at once.
Happy.
Pool.
Held.
Now picture yourself standing somewhere quiet.
It might be a garden path.
A shoreline at dusk.
Let your mind offer you the place.
Ahead of you,
You notice a doorway.
At first glance,
It's unassuming.
But as you look closer.
You see it's outlined in a soft light.
Almost silver white.
Above the doorway.
Faintly glowing.
Our four figures.
11 11 You've seen this number before.
On clocks.
On signs.
In moments too specific to be nothing.
And now here it is again.
Larger than you've ever seen it.
Forming the frame of a door.
In Numerology.
The number 11.
Is called a master number.
A number that isn't reduced down the way ordinary numbers are,
Because it already carries its full charge.
The number 11.
Is associated with intuition and insight.
With the place between what you already sense.
And what you're ready to consciously know.
Four Ones.
All standing together.
Not just one moment of awakening.
But a doorway held up by repetition.
It's a message that's patient enough to reveal itself to you.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Until you finally stop.
And turn your head.
You step closer to the doorway.
You only need the willingness.
To walk through it.
Notice the light coming from the doorway.
It's warm.
It feels like you're stepping into something you've always known was there.
As you cross the threshold.
A kind of hush settles over you.
The kind of quiet moment that matters.
This is what people mean when they talk about synchronicity.
Not chance.
Not coincidence.
But two things coming together at the same time.
Your inner timing.
And the outer world.
On the other side of the doorway.
You find yourself in a space that feels like the inside of your own awareness.
Soft light with no visible source.
No walls you can find the edges of.
This is the place your intuition speaks from when your thinking mind finally goes quiet enough to let go and allow.
Here.
A simple truth settles into you.
Nothing needs to be decoded.
Are understood perfectly.
You only need to notice.
And let the noticing itself.
Be the message.
The number didn't appear to give you an answer.
It appeared to ask you a question.
Are you paying attention to your life?
Feel yourself answer without words.
Just a quiet,
Steady yes.
In this space,
Sense that you are exactly on time.
Not behind.
Not too late for anything that matters.
Whatever door has been opening in your outer life.
A relationship.
A decision.
A new chapter.
Or a returning sense of yourself.
Sense that it is opening at precisely the right time.
In the right place.
If it feels right.
Silently let a wish.
Or an intention,
Rise up now.
Not something you force.
Something that surfaces on its own.
The way it might if a friend asked you what you wanted most.
Let it come.
There's no wrong answer.
Feel that wish held gently in this space.
The way a hand might hold something fragile and precious.
You don't need to make it happen right now.
You only need to let it be known.
First to yourself.
And then to whatever you consider.
Larger than yourself.
I will now offer.
Some affirmations.
Let them settle in.
Like stones dropping slowly into still water.
No need to hold on to the words.
Simply notice and allow the feeling of each affirmation to come forward.
That speak here.
I notice the signs along my path.
I am awake to the moments that matter.
My thoughts and my life are coming into alignment.
I trust the timing of my becoming.
I am exactly where I need to be.
New beginnings are not something I have to force.
They are already arriving.
I am guided.
Even in the moments I feel unsure.
IP attention.
And in paying attention.
I receive.
Now gently let the doorway begin to soften and fade.
Like the way a room fades when you close your eyes at the end of a long day.
There's no need to walk back through it.
You can simply let it dissolve.
Knowing you can return to this space anytime you wish.
Simply.
By noticing the number.
That called you here.
Bring your awareness again back to your intention.
From the beginning I am open to receiving guidance.
Feel into that intention.
It has already been matched.
Simply by you showing up here today.
And begin to notice your body again.
The weight of it resting on the surface beneath you.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes now.
Gently returning.
To waking consciousness.
Take a deep breath in.
And let it go.
When you're ready.
In your own time.
Gently blink your eyes open.
Or simply allow yourself to drift into sleep.
Either way.
Keeping the stillness with you.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
It has truly been an honor.
The next time 1111 finds you.
May it feel less like a mystery.
And more like an old friend saying.
.
.
I see you.
Keep going.
And in closing,
May love and light fill your heart.
May love and light fill your mind.
And may love enlighten.
Be with you always.
Until next time dear one.
Namaste.
