Welcome to this guided meditation and healing activation to align with the powerful energy of the Lionsgate Portal.

The energy of the Lionsgate Portal begins in late July and continues through approximately mid-August each year with the energy peaking on August 8th.

My name is Wendy and I'm honored to be your guide today as we travel on a sacred journey of healing and transformation.

Welcome.

Let's begin by getting settled into your yoga nidra nest.

Reaching for any props that might assist with your optimum comfort into finding the most comfortable position.

Allowing your body to be completely held by whatever service that supports you.

Allow your arms to rest naturally by your sides with your palms facing up.

Let your feet to be relaxed and allow your legs to fall open comfortably and then closing your eyes if they're not already closed and begin to settle in even further.

Allowing yourself to feel completely held and supported.

When you're all settled and nestled in,

Let's take three cleansing breaths together.

Begin by inhaling slowly and deeply through your nose and then gently releasing through slightly parted lips.

Again,

Take another deep cleansing breath in.

Breathing in renewal and possibility and slowly and gently exhaling through your mouth.

Letting go of what no longer serves you.

One more time,

Deep breath in and then exhaling into the sacred space we're creating together.

Releasing fully and allowing your body to completely soften and let go.

Feeling yourself releasing tension,

Releasing stress.

Allowing your body to become heavy and so relaxed and gently allowing yourself to bring your attention inward.

The Lion's Gate portal occurs annually when our earth,

The sun in Leo and the brilliant star Sirius align in perfect alignment.

This alignment creates a gateway.

Essentially it's a bridge between our physical reality and the realm of infinite possibility.

During this magical time,

A gateway of expanded spiritual energy is opened.

And now let's begin a gentle journey of awareness through the body.

As I guide you to each specific part of the body,

Simply bring your attention there.

There's no need to move.

Just notice.

In your mind,

Allow each area to soften and release.

It's sort of like a mini massage for that specific area.

Gently bring your awareness to the crown chakra at the top of your head.

Feel any tension here melting away from your scalp.

And then gently bring your awareness to your forehead and to the space between your eyebrows.

Allow your eyes to completely soften.

Allow your cheeks to release.

And allow your jaw to soften and relax.

Feel your neck relaxing.

And your shoulders softening and releasing.

Allow your arms to become heavy.

And your elbows.

Feel each finger on both.

Your index finger.

Your ring finger.

All are completely relaxed.

Now bring your attention to your chest.

With each breath,

Feel your heart space expanding.

A golden lotus flower.

Feel your ribs releasing.

And your back body softening into the earth.

Allow your solar plexus to soften.

And notice your belly rising and falling with each breath.

Feel your hips releasing.

And feel your pelvis releasing.

Melting into the surface beneath you.
