In this video I just wanted to demonstrate to you the exercise that I call head into heart.
This is a powerful exercise particularly useful when you're too much in your head.
You're ruminating,
Thinking,
Problem-solving,
Trying to figure things out in your head and I've always said our heads not going to figure things out.
We need to drop into the energy of our heart because that is where your mastery is.
That is where the answers,
Do you know how I've said the answers you're looking for are looking for you?
They come from your heart.
So for this technique it's a tapping technique and I just use the tips of my two fingers and it doesn't matter whichever hand works for you and then you just you're just tapping on your third eye area.
You don't count here,
You're just tapping for as long as you like,
Whatever feels comfortable to you and then you tap three times on the bridge of your nose and then three times on the tip of your nose and then just tapping on your lip,
The place between your nose and your upper lip and then you're going to tap.
You're not counting anymore,
The tapping points were just those two points on your nose.
Now you're now on your chin,
Cleft of your chin and now what you're going to do is you're going to form your hand into a light fist and you're just going to thump on this area.
This is called the high heart area.
It can be the seat of judgment.
Sometimes we get stuck energy here because we're not allowing the desires of our heart to come up through and be voiced to the world.
So this can feel quite calming and and helps you center and get into the present moment here.
So just tap and thump as long as you like here and then you open your hand up and you place it over your heart and you say out loud or in your mind three times,
I live here,
I live here,
I live here and take a deep breath.
I like leaving my hand here for a while.
I notice often when I'm doing this,
Actually every time I'm doing this,
That there's a lot of heat.
I can feel heat from my my heart area and my hand and it just feels very nurturing and nourishing and it's a beautiful acknowledgement that I do live from my heart.
