Knees take a deep breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Feeling the breath come into your body,

Feeling very top of the breath and consciously exhaling.

As you even your own breath,

Feel that it has a rhythm.

Your inhalation has a rhythm in relation to your exhalation.

Try to feel this individual rhythm that is you in relationship to the whole rhythm of the universe.

And exhale.

Inhale.

There's your breath.

There's the breath of everyone.

And there's the breath of the galaxies.

Inhale a deep breath.

Exhale.

And let the breath go.

Let it relax.

Let it be totally natural.

And bring your awareness to the crown of your head.

Go to the top of your consciousness.

Imagine you're at the top of a mountain looking down the whole creation.

From the top of this mountain,

From the top of your consciousness.

Throughout any limiting thought.

Stay with it in your highest consciousness.

Stay at the top of that highest peak at the crown of your head.

And from this place,

Relax.

Let go of any self-limiting thoughts,

Concepts,

Conceptions.

You may need to let go of the same thing many times.

Just keep letting it go and maintain your highest peak.

And please let yourself feel healed,

Compassionate,

And relaxed.

Please inhale.

Suspend your breath.

Be still for a moment in that highest peak at the crown of your head.

The highest consciousness that you can locate now.

Exhale.

And as you let your breath relax,

Know you've touched that consciousness today.

And let it guide you.

Today and as long as you can touch it.

Please inhale.

Suspend your breath.

And exhale.

And exhale.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Inhale.

Inhale a deep breath.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Please take a deep breath.

this practice was immersive. the sounds in conjunction with the gentle reminders to breathe put me in the ideal position to observe the mind and body’s reaction to challenging scarcity through my lifestyle as of late. self-actualization, freelancing, and creativity all require a level of resourcefulness and contentment that speak to the modular nature of life; we’re all slowly piecing it together, no one person has it figured out any more than the other. grateful to return to a state of play and curiosity around how I can put the pieces together to create joy and peace for myself and others in this lifetime. grateful for this practice πŸ˜ŒπŸ™πŸΎ.

This practice helped me to concentrate on my breath more than I’m usually able to. I always listen to Insight Timer meditations through my headset, hoping this helps the individual that felt the gong didn’t sound good on their phone. Listening through a good speaker or headphones helps. πŸ™πŸ»
