Finding a comfortable seat.
Allowing your back to be upright.
Your feet either planted solidly on the ground or crossed underneath you.
Make your body as comfortable as possible.
Now go ahead and allow your eyes to come closed.
I'd like you to bring your awareness to your breath.
I'd like you just to notice the automatic rhythm.
I want you to notice a lack of agenda.
I want you to notice the ability of your body to breathe all by itself.
Now I'd like you to bring your attention to your seat.
And notice the connection your seat has with your cushion.
Bring your attention to your jaw.
And allow your jaw to release.
Noticing where your lower jaw can release from the upper jaw.
Seeing as your tongue begins to melt in the mouth.
Relaxing.
Letting go.
Now bring your attention to all the sounds that you can hear.
Picking out each sound one by one.
Whatever it is that's there in your environment.
Embrace each sound exactly what it is.
Without having any judgment.
I'm now taking a moment to broaden your perspective.
Start to listen to each of those sounds collectively.
As one soundscape.
Now bring you that attention of listening.
And turning it inward.
Allowing it to fall into the mantra.
So.
Hum.
So.
Hum.
Allowing the mantra to repeat as subtly as possible.
Holding the mantra as effortless as possible.
So.
If at any point you notice your attention has become engaged in your thoughts,
In your sensations,
Go ahead and let go of that desire to be engaged.
Surrender.
And then go ahead and shift your attention back to the mantra.
Swim on.
Mm.
Mm.
Mm.
Mm.
Mm.
Mm.
