I am a person in recovery, I have been a student of mindfulness for over a decade. Through leading mindfulness meditations for people in dual diagnosis recovery two years I have learned much about myself and what works for others. My journey has taken me through personal traumas both mental and physical, and one of the ways that I recieve regulating-inner peace, is when I can arrive at a point of compassionate mindfulness.
