Explore MeditationIndia Clark (she/her) is a mindfulness teacher and coach for creatives. She founded the Wayfinder Institute and Wayfinder Deep Seeing™ method to harness visual art’s power to spark personal growth and wellbeing. Creative clients are guided to mindfully reflect on their circumstances, clarify intentions, and develop strategies that help them live more balanced, expressive and fulfilling lives. India also brings art-based mindfulness expertise to museums and institutions interested in supporting their audience’s wellbeing. She is a mother, poet, and woodworker living with her husband, son and dog in Jamaica Plain, MA, on the land of the Massachusett. As a survivor of clinical depression who lives with ADHD and identifies as a Highly Sensitive, India is known for her warmth and empathy and maintains a practice committed to non-violence, anti-racism, neurodiversity and queer-inclusion. She received her mindfulness training from Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and her yoga training in the lineage of Swami Kripalu.
