This 20-minute meditation will allow you to start visualizing exactly what it is that you want and identify what you want more of in your life. We all have the power to create a mindset that can generate positive change and abundance in our lives. Within the meditative state, we will work to clear the blocks that keep us from living a life of abundance and joy.

Manifesting the life you desire is not as hard as it sounds.

We simply need to take the time to step out of our own way.

This meditation will allow you to start visualizing exactly what it is that you want and what you want more of in your life.

We all have the power to create a mindset that can generate positive change and abundance in our lives.

It is within the subconscious that we can begin to identify blocks that may be keeping us from what we truly want.

And within a meditative state,

Work to clear the blocks and the fears that keep us from living a life of abundance and joy.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down.

As you settle in,

Make sure that you are in a position that is as relaxing as possible.

Take three sips of breath in through your nose and a big sigh out through the mouth.

Repeat this three times.

Now let your breath return to normal.

Set an intention for this practice by saying to yourself,

Or out loud,

Three times,

I am living the life I truly desire.

I am living the life I truly desire.

I am living the life I truly desire.

Notice your natural breath and its rhythm.

What qualities are present in your breath?

Is your breath rapid or slow?

Dull or deep?

Does the in or out breath last longer?

Is your breath silent or with sound?

As you become aware of the quality of your breath,

Start to let your breath become more spacious in your body.

As if you want each breath to last longer and move deeper into your body.

Breathe into your abdomen,

Your ribs,

Your chest.

Retain the breath and release the breath slowly and mindfully,

Emptying your lungs.

Repeat this a few times.

Slow deep breath in,

Slow release of the breath.

Feel each breath relaxing you down more and more.

Feel the amazing goodness of life force as you breathe in and pause to enjoy the stillness.

Then release the breath slowly,

Becoming even more relaxed.

Take note of how you are feeling now that you are filled with oxygen.

You may feel more invigorated and simultaneously more at peace.

This is how we are meant to feel,

Radiant and filled with deep compassion.

As you continue to breathe without effort,

Enjoying the relaxation,

Recognize that this is how abundance feels.

Begin to divide your attention between breath and body.

Feel your body relaxing into your space.

Relaxing your toes,

Soles of your feet,

Tops of your feet,

Relaxing ankles,

Letting go in the thighs and hips.

Relax your backside,

Your abdomen,

Relax your mid back,

Your shoulders,

Relax your chest,

Relax your throat,

Your neck.

Notice your ears hearing sound without attaching to what is making sound.

Separate your teeth and feel your lower jaw relaxing down,

Your tongue heavy.

Feel the backs of your eyes and your eyelids heavy.

Soften the space between your eyebrows.

Relax your whole forehead.

Feel your whole body relaxed.

Feel your whole body in deep awareness.

Feel sensations come and go.

Where attention goes,

Energy flows.

Let your attention be everywhere and nowhere all at once.

This sense of self requires very little effort now and you are so relaxed and filled with clarity.

Now imagine the back of your eyes are a large movie screen and on the screen you begin to see your life slowly fade in and appear before your eyes.

Your life exactly as you would like it to be.

You are seeing the movie of life that you desire play before your eyes.

You begin to see the place,

The environment and all of the people in it that play a key part in your abundant life.

These people may be a significant other,

Business partners or friends and family who are uplifting you and encouraging you as you succeed.

Visualize your clothing,

Your mannerisms,

Your surroundings as you picture the you that is confident,

Excited and joyful to be living such an abundant life.

Become aware of the time of year,

The season of your life and when this vision is taking place in time.

Imagine your abundant life in as much detail as possible.

What do you smell?

What can you taste?

What sounds are present?

What textures and objects are around you?

Feel,

Sense or imagine yourself engaging with your environment as if it's really happening.

Soak in the emotions,

The feelings and the thoughts as you acknowledge that this visual is becoming real and tangible.

Trust and know that this desire is possible and is happening right now.

Know that what you are manifesting now is very important.

Feel yourself relaxing,

Breathing.

Are you noticing invading thoughts of negativity?

Do you hear a subtle voice in the background that is telling you this isn't real or possible?

Are you finding all of this challenging?

Don't stuff these feelings down or give into them.

Just let yourself be aware of what is happening within your mind.

You are relaxed and breathing.

You are everywhere and nowhere all at once.

As you continue to stay relaxed and aware of your breathing,

You start to become more conscious of the mental blockages.

You are more cognizant of what is holding you back from believing this is or can be your reality.

You are becoming very clear on what is holding you back from living your dream and why it's showing up now.

As you gain more clarity around your fears,

Belief systems,

Indoctrinations,

And blocks surrounding all that you want to manifest in your life,

All of the abundance that is available to you,

You begin to breathe smoothly,

Slowly.

Any tension that arose with these thoughts,

Memories,

Or feelings is now dissipating and you feel your body once again relaxing around this profound subconscious clarity.

You understand yourself now more deeply than you ever have.

With a relaxed mind and relaxed body,

You feel an intense gratitude for all things that have led you to this moment of clarity.

Gratitude for all the wonderful things,

People,

And experiences in your life.

And more importantly,

A heartfelt gratitude for the hardships and the sufferings and lessons that you have learned along the way from those difficult moments.

You are now more clear on what steps you need to take to make your desired dreams a reality.

You are clear on what motivates you to move toward this vision of abundance.

You feel yourself surrounded by loving,

White light that is encouraging you to take the next step,

To move forward with gratitude,

And the trust in knowing that you have everything within you to receive abundance now and in your future.

You now begin to notice the sounds within your current space.

You sense moisture or dryness in the mouth.

You are aware of the present aroma.

Your body is so relaxed and now aware once again of the natural rhythms of life force.

Feeling your heart,

Your pulse,

Your breath.

You are here now.

This present awareness with body and breath and visualization is a new tool that you will use when you become aware of negativity,

Self-deprecation,

Or a lack of motivation towards your desired life.

Repeat the intention,

I am living the life I truly desire.

I am living the life I truly desire.

I am living the life I truly desire.

Slowly begin to reawaken,

Rubbing your palms together.

Place warm palms over your eyes.

Blink open and allow in light.

Yawn and stretch.

Then place your hands over your heart in loving gratitude for this moment of clarity and peace and move forward in rich abundance.

You are worthy of greatness and your greatness helps others to grow stronger in their own.
