Welcome to this morning meditation with Warrior 2 Yoga.

Dedicated to starting your day with a sense of calm and positivity.

To start,

Find a comfortable position.

Maybe you're still in bed.

Maybe you find a comfortable seat.

And if you like,

You can close your eyes or just gently soften your gaze.

And take a deep breath in through your nose.

Feel the air fill your lungs.

Exhale gently through your nose.

Releasing any tension you might be holding.

And take a few more deep breaths just like this.

Allowing yourself to relax and settle into this moment.

A full nourishing breath in.

And a long slow exhale.

And as you sit here in the stillness of the morning,

Take this moment to appreciate the gift of a new day.

Each morning is a fresh start.

A blank canvas upon which you can paint your life with joy,

Gratitude and positivity.

Today is a brand new opportunity to make the most of every moment.

And you have the power to create a beautiful day ahead.

As the sun rises,

Imagine its warm golden rays enveloping you in a comforting embrace.

Feel its energy filling you with renewed vitality and optimism.

Allow this positive energy to flow through every cell in your body.

Awakening your senses and setting your intentions for the day.

Now bring your awareness to your breath.

The breath is your anchor to the present moment.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.

Let go of any thoughts about yesterday or worries about tomorrow.

This is your time to be fully present.

Here and now.

And as you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine a soft glowing light at the centre of your chest.

This light represents your inner strength,

Your resilience and your capacity for joy.

With every breath,

This light expands,

Radiating outwards and enveloping your entire body in its warm embrace.

And in the stillness of this morning,

Take this moment to express gratitude for the simple pleasures in your life.

The gift of your breath,

The comfort of a warm bed,

The love of family and friends.

And the countless opportunities that await you today.

Gratitude has the power to shift your perspective and open your heart to the abundance that already surrounds you.

Visualise your day ahead,

Filled with positivity,
