Journey To The Energy Of Creation

Some forms of meditation are all about the method. Others are all about the lineage. Still, others revolve around a particular teacher whose charisma holds the community together. But at their core, all forms of meditation are meant to connect us with the deepest aspects of ourselves — so that we can expand our human experience by being more fully present and living with a greater sense of peace and connectivity.

Ah, So nice to be here in the group. Enjoy these moments together, Sharing stories. We're all already here. We'll just take a moment and relax yourself even more. Just settle into your position, Your seat, Wherever you are, And come with me to a journey to the energy of creation. Consider for a moment that when a cell divides, There's a spark of energy that happens in that moment. And it somehow powers that separation to create another cell, New life, Which replicates itself in a paradigm of self-replication. All powered somehow by these microtubular spindles of light that explode with energy. Think about what we don't know, The quantum reality of the universe, Dark matter. We can measure the volume and the mass of the universe and we know that we can't see most of it. Yet, It is there. Just imagine yourself for a moment in that place, The place of not knowing, The place beyond knowing. It can be dark at first. It's unknown. Of course, It's dark. Then when you settle yourself, Get present there, You start to see something light up. Filaments of spiderweb-like strands of light energy are just going off into infinity in every direction, Countless directions, Beyond the resolution of what we could even put on a television screen. That energy is part of you. You are part of it. You're connected to it. You're connected to it from birth. You're actually connected to it from the first cell division that happened between the egg and the sperm of your moment of creation. That was the spark that gave you life. Now just think for a moment, What a wonderful world that is. There's this eternal, Fundamental, Energetic realm that's underneath what we understand as life. It is in you, As part of you. Just imagine yourself being in that energetic space, This darkness that's illuminated by the source of life. Just imagine your arms and your hands and your toes just being fused with that energy, It being part of you and you being part of all of it. Just imagine yourself as that for a few moments. And then you remember that you're not alone in that place, That all of life is there with you, Even in this conversation, A small group of friends that you've become. We're all connected.
