Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
When you are ready,
Close your eyes and let your body set up at the present moment.
Just take a moment here to allow your body and mind to arrive,
To soften,
And to be here.
Take a deep breath here,
Exhale,
Feel a sense of release.
Continue,
Inhale,
You are simply here to be with our breath.
Feel how the breath moves through you,
As the air entering the nose,
Down to our chest,
Expanding our chest area.
And now every exhale,
Feel your whole body settling,
Softening.
If your mind wanders,
It's completely okay.
Just come back to your breath,
That's your anchor.
Imagining that each breath clearing a little more space inside of you.
You may have a sensation that the body now feels a little bit more relaxed compared to three minutes ago.
We'll begin our gratitude journey.
So take an exhale first.
As we inhale,
Bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Bring the air to the top of the head.
Feel your hair,
Scalp,
Offer them gratitude for protecting you.
Continue,
Inhale to your brain.
Thank your brain for thinking,
Learning,
Remembering.
Thank your brain for working tirelessly every single day.
You can whisper to your brain,
I wish you well,
I wish you happy and relaxed at all times.
Slowly we move our attention downward to our forehead area,
Your eyebrows,
Your eyes.
Thank your eyes for letting you see the colors,
Lights,
See the faces you love and words that inspire you.
Thank you,
My eyes.
We should be healthy.
Slowly we're shifting our gratitude towards our ears.
Thank you,
Ears,
For letting us hear the sounds.
May you be relaxed,
Healthy and clear as always.
Moving to your nose.
Your breath flowing in and out moment after moment.
Thank your nose for letting you breathe and through breath we are alive.
I wish you be healthy and relaxed at all times.
Moving to your mouth,
Your tongue,
Your teeth.
Thank them for letting you taste,
Eat,
Speak.
Thank you,
May you be healthy and at ease.
Take a full breath in here towards your whole head.
And as you exhale,
Feeling that sense of gratitude through your whole face and head.
Slowly bring your awareness to your throat and neck area.
Thank them for speaking your truth,
For swallowing and supporting the connection between your head and the rest of your body.
Now your shoulders.
Thank your shoulder for being strong and for carrying all the responsibilities,
Emotions,
Expectations.
Offer them a deep sense of appreciation.
Wish them be healthy and at ease.
Now moving to your arms and hands.
Feel every finger.
Thank all the things they help you to do.
Thank you,
My arms and fingers.
Be well,
Be free,
Be relaxed.
You may breathe out deeply here.
And with your next inhale,
Bring fresh energy towards your chest.
Feel your heart beating,
Steady and constant.
Soft and energized.
Thank you,
Heart,
For never stopping,
For sustaining my life.
May you be filled with love.
Peace and ease.
Breathe deeply into your heart.
Exhale anything that feels heavy.
Feel that there is more space inside of your heart through your breath.
Now bring your attention to your stomach and all your organs.
Digesting,
Cleansing,
Balancing,
Keeping you alive without you even ever asking.
Whisper to them,
Thank you,
My organs,
My stomach,
For taking care of me.
I wish you well.
I wish you healthy and be at ease.
Take three deep breaths here.
Inhaling,
Sending gratitude to our organs.
Exhaling,
Release any tension.
Release any stress that you do not want to carry.
Now we are shifting our awareness to the spine and the back.
Thank them for keeping us standing straight,
For sitting,
For functioning.
Let the breath travel slowly.
Inhale upward towards the top of your head.
And downward through your spine.
Into your pelvis,
Your hips,
The base,
The connection between your upper body and your lower body.
Thank them for their stability,
Strength and support.
Do one more breath here.
Inhale upward through the spine.
Exhale downward through the back,
Feeling a sense of release.
Back.
I wish you healthy and be at ease.
Slowly sense your legs and feet.
Thank them for every step you've ever taken.
Thank you,
My legs,
For enabling me to explore,
Move and support the whole body when we stand and walk.
Thank you,
My legs.
Thank you,
My feet.
Be healthy,
Be at ease.
Take a deep breath here into your hips.
And exhale towards your toes,
Feeling a sense of release.
Feeling your entire legs at ease,
Light and healthy.
Now we take a couple deep breaths here into your heart and your chest area.
And as you exhale,
Sending a deep sense of loving and gratitude energy outward to your toes,
Your fingers,
Your head.
Feel your entire body as a whole being.
One more breath here.
Inhale to the crown of your head.
Then exhale down to your spine,
Through your legs,
Towards your feet,
Your toes.
This is your home,
Your living body.
Offer it your deepest gratitude.
Thank you,
My body.
Thank you for every cell that lives inside of me.
May you be healthy.
May you be at peace.
May you be free.
Feel the gratitude like a warm light moving through every cell,
Smoothing,
Healing and bringing you back home.
Remembering this deep connection you have built throughout the past 15 minutes.
And feel free to return here whenever you need to.
Carry this awareness with you into the rest of your day.
With your whole body,
Be at ease.
May love,
Peace and wisdom be with you.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
Namaste.
