� Close your eyes.
Take a deep inhale from your nose.
Slightly squeeze your shoulder up and exhale release from your mouth.
Drop your shoulder down.
Adjust your sitting posture.
Maybe give your neck a little rotation.
For the next one minute just focus on your breath.
Whatever your mind drift away,
Simply bring your awareness either back to the sound or back to your breath.
You As we sit in this very moment,
Direct your attention from your head space to your heart,
The chest area.
Place one hand on your chest and the other hand on top of your knee,
Palms facing upward.
As we inhale through our nose down to our chest,
Bring energy to our heart.
We're trying to feel what kind of sensation we have in our heart space.
With every inhale,
We're inhaling energy and with every exhale we are releasing,
Letting go of whatever emotions,
Stress,
Sadness,
Depression,
Whatever that you could think of that you want to release.
Feel as you breathe out your heart space get a little larger,
A little lighter.
Wherever you feel there is a lot of tension gathered in your chest area,
Go ahead and take a deeper breath.
Maybe even hold your breath at the top and a big release of your exhale.
