Hi everyone,
Today I'm offering a guided meditation with the ocean and full moon.
So please get your comfortable sitting posture or lying down if you want.
And let's begin our practice today.
You may take a deep inhale first.
Squeeze your shoulder up and exhale drop your shoulder down.
Today I'm offering this guided meditation sitting by the seaside with full moon shining above my head.
So in your mind eye I invite you to join me sitting here with me by the seaside and meditate together.
Enjoying this sea waving sound.
Let the ocean waves wash away your worries,
Stress,
Whatever you want to release.
Let's simply sit here and be fully present with the ocean wave.
Notice how the ocean has its own rhythm.
The waving sound from the right to your left.
One wave come after the other just like your thoughts.
You may take deep inhale or adjust your shoulders,
Relax your shoulders,
Your chest muscle.
And also notice how your breath have calmed down,
Fallen into its own natural rhythm.
The calming smooth breath.
Notice how your breath has synergized with the energy coming from the ocean.
One last aliasing breath.
