Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.
Today we are on day 30 of our 30 day journaling challenge.
So we made it through to the end.
30 days of journaling.
I hope that this challenge was wonderful for you.
It was wonderful for me.
I appreciate you coming along with me on this journey.
I appreciated being reminded to journal every day.
Something I've tried to do for a while.
I did get out of practice for a little bit and now I'm right back at it and I am loving it.
I hope you have loved it as well.
For our last day of journaling I have picked a card from Rebecca Campbell's The Healing Waters Oracle.
And the card I chose today was Atlantis.
And Atlantis says keep the big vision.
Stay in alignment as you grow.
In his writings the ancient Greek philosopher Plato described a great civilization called Atlantis whose island home in the Atlantic Ocean was a marvel of architecture.
Its capital city was made up of a series of concentric circles separated by moats of water and at its center was a template dedicated to Poseidon the god of the sea.
The Atlanteans were a highly advanced people who were very much tapped into and connected with the energy of the universe.
They also harnessed the power and air in their technologies and practices.
Perhaps this is where the tremendous psychic and magical abilities for manifesting their great visions into the physical came.
Eventually Atlantis' growth got out of hand and its people became greedy and disrespectful.
A series of earthquakes caused the island to sink to the bottom of the ocean and for millennia people have been captivated by the legend of this lost civilization.
This card is one of huge visions and promises.
You have the potential to create great things in the world.
However it comes with a warning to stay in alignment when you grow.
To create rather than produce.
Don't get addicted to growth.
Instead stay true to your mission and inner calling.
I love what this has to say and I think it's a great way to end our 30-day journaling challenge.
And I remind you this doesn't mean our journaling ends it just means our 30-day challenge has ended.
I hope you will continue to journal because I will and I hope to keep hearing from you and I hope you continue letting me know how journaling is working out for you.
And this Atlantis card has a sole inquiry for us which we shall use as our journaling prompt.
What are you being called to create?
How can you focus on creating rather than producing?
And how can you stay in alignment as you grow?
That third question for me is key.
How can I stay in alignment as I grow?
I'm gonna put five minutes on the clock.
I hope you take some time to think about this and get those thoughts down on paper.
We'll be back in five minutes.
Alright my friends that was five minutes on the clock.
I hope you had a lot to write about.
As I said before thank you for joining me on this 30-day journaling challenge.
It's not always easy to be consistent and remember if you skip a day on occasion that's okay just get back to it.
Do what makes you happy and journal in the morning,
Journal at night,
Journal whenever you feel like it.
And in closing on our 30-day journaling challenge I wanted to read a quote from Oprah and this one in particular sounds great as a great way to end our three days.
It's really okay to not have all the answers.
The answers will come if you can accept not knowing long enough to get still and stay still long enough for new thoughts to take root in your more quiet deeper truer self.
The noise of the world drowns out the sound of you.
You have to get still to listen and I think that is great advice and that's where journaling helps me.
It helps me get still to listen.
Thank you my friends.
Please keep in touch.
I'm sure you'll be hearing more from me and I hope to be hearing more from you.
Until then have a beautiful day.
