This is Day 23 of our 30 days of journaling. Each day we pull an oracle card and use it as a guide for our journaling time together. I love journaling and try to do it every day! Writing about what I'm feeling is my own "therapy" and has gotten me through the toughest times. It's also a wonderful way to look back and see how far I've come! Join me in this 30-day challenge to journal every day! Make it as long or as brief as you want and don't worry if you skip a day. Sometimes life gets in the way but commit to doing it as often as possible with me! Thank you for all the feedback and positive comments. This was a longtime dream of mine, and I am so grateful for the encouragement! (I created a playlist under my teacher profile called "Journaling - 30 days" with all the tracks in order.) Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.

Today we are on day 23 of our 30 day journaling challenge.

Just another week to go and we'll be done.

Today I decided to pull a card from a different deck.

This is a prompt deck.

It's called Dear Self Prompt Cards and it's by Teresa Clark and I love this deck because it's got 52 journaling prompts.

So that's,

You know,

That's a lot.

Today I randomly pulled a card and I got number 44 and you know I love numbers.

And number 44 says Dear Self,

I am excited to get to know you better.

Now you're gonna fill in the blanks here.

So this is going to be your name.

For example,

I'm just saying Violet.

You are an ever-evolving life force and it's been a pleasure watching you expand and become a better version of you.

I look forward to observing your future growth.

Self,

I promise to remind you of the many delightful ways that you shine.

You are blank and you are blank.

Self,

You are remarkable.

So what I want you to do is fill in those blanks.

You are blank and you are blank.

And think of some words to describe yourself.

You are amazing.

You are incredible.

You are resilient.

I'm sure you can come up with a few more.

So let's put five minutes on the clock and let's get to journaling.

And before we get there,

I just wanted to say that this one made me think of Pammy Xu.

Pammy Xu has been following this 30-day journaling challenge.

So Pammy Xu,

This one's for you.

Let's get to writing.

All right my friends,

That was five minutes on the clock and I hope you came up with a lot of good thoughts and some great words to describe yourself.

Remember,

Shine always.

Shine bright like a diamond.

You are amazing.

You are resilient.

You've come so far and you've still got a long way to go and you're getting there.

Until tomorrow,

We'll talk again.

Take care my friends.
