Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.
Today is day 17 of our 30-day journaling challenge and today I picked a card from the Wisdom Keepers Inner Guide book.
It's by Rosie Aronson.
It's a really in-depth book and I absolutely love the pictures on the cards.
I wish there was a way I could share the picture with you but the card I picked today is number two,
Orientation.
So I go into her book and she has a lot of information on her cards.
I mean she's literally written a book about this and I love it.
I'm not gonna read all of it to you because it would take a while but I'm gonna jump right to the section that she calls my gift to you.
I come to bring you the gift of orientation.
When you look into my eyes allow me to remind you of the deepest truth that we are all one.
You and I may look different from each other but deep down we are the same.
Care less about what others think of you and more about how you are a natural part of the whole.
Open yourself up to a path of synchronicity as you surrender into my eyes.
Don't think too much.
Allow the uncertainty within me that we are all connected in a single unity.
That all things happen in the exact right timing to reassure you that there is no way for you to be outside of the stream of life.
It is simply not possible.
And here are some questions for contemplation.
Are you feeling lost,
Alone,
Or out of sync?
Or are you constantly trying to control,
Define,
Or regiment your life?
When did you last feel a sense of unity like you were in the flow and connected to all of life?
Where were you?
Who were you with?
Find a simple way to connect with that feeling today.
Spend time in nature.
Sing,
Dance,
Or laugh with others.
Go to a favorite place and take it all in.
Wow,
I love all those suggestions.
And I love the thought that we need to remember that we are all the same even when we look different.
I sometimes struggle with not people who look different,
But people who think different than I do.
And I think that this is a great reminder.
I also love all the suggestions about reconnecting with the things that put us into flow.
So I'm going to set five minutes on the clock and let's get to journaling.
All right,
Friends.
So there we have it.
That was five minutes.
I hope you came up with some good ideas about what puts you into flow.
I definitely had some great ideas.
I was thinking about my last vacation with my grown sons and how happy I was being with them and their wives and girlfriends and my grandbaby.
It was really a beautiful,
Sunny day,
Sitting outside,
Just enjoying family.
And I wrote down in my journal,
I'm going to find more ways to do that more often because it's so important to do those things that make us happy.
So there we have it,
My friends.
Tomorrow,
We will be back with day 18.
I hope you have some good ideas and some good things down on paper.
And I hope you have a spectacular day.
