Welcome to today's practice.
My name is Victoria and I'll be guiding you through today's mantra practice for cultivating courage and confidence.
Choose to either practice lying down or seated,
Whichever makes you more comfortable.
Wipe the shoulders to melt away from your ears.
Relax your toes,
The soles of the feet.
Let your fingers and hands soften.
Letting any tightness or tension in the muscles in the face to relax.
Choose to soften your gaze or completely close your eyes.
Taking this time to arrive into your practice.
Start to follow your breath in from the tip of the nose down to your belly and from your belly up and out the tip of the nose.
As you breathe in,
Feel your body expand.
As you breathe out,
Feel the body soften.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale slowly.
With every breath,
Inviting the mind home to the body,
Home to the present moment.
On your next breath,
You're invited to place your left hand in the center of your chest,
Covering your heart.
You might notice a gentle writhing and falling of your hand and chest as you breathe.
With your hand over your heart,
Take this time to remind yourself.
Remind yourself of your inner wisdom,
Of your power,
Of your strength.
Breathe in deeply.
Breathe out slowly.
If you're comfortable,
Keep your hand on your heart as we repeat our mantras for courage and confidence.
Otherwise you're welcome to release your hand down into your lap or your thigh.
Silently or saying to yourself out loud,
