3-Part, Expansive Breathing Practice
This breathing practice invites you to slow down and breathe a bit deeper and longer. You will be guided to breathe into three parts of the body: chest, ribs and belly and get into a rhythm of breathing like this. It is great for calming the nervous sytem, body and mind, and brings you back into the present moment. This is also known as diaphragmatic breathing.
