Close your eyes and relax.

Uncross your arms and your legs.

You can lay back on the floor or sit upright in a chair.

Take some deep breaths.

Breathe in slowly through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Let your mind be calm and peaceful.

Breathe.

Let the sound of my voice be all that you are aware of.

Allow a ball of light,

Any color you choose,

To enter your mind.

Allow the light to enter your body through the top of your head.

As it flows through your head,

Feel the warmth of the energy as it relaxes your mind.

As the healing force travels inside your head,

It relieves any anxiety you may have.

Any thoughts about your day just melt away.

Any guilt about the day just pass simply disappears.

Any fears about the future effortlessly fade away.

You are right here,

Right now,

And you are safe.

Breathe.

Allow this healing light to relax your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

Your eyelids.

Allow your cheekbones to relax,

And your nose,

And your mouth,

Your jaws,

Your lips.

Breathe.

The light travels down your neck,

Relaxing the back of your neck,

The front of your neck,

And your throat.

You can actually feel the warmth of the energy sending a tingling,

Renewing sensation throughout your neck.

Let this ball of light branch off into your shoulders,

Relaxing them completely.

Breathe.

Let it go down your arms,

Your upper arms,

Your elbows,

Your forearms,

Relaxing,

And the palms of your hands.

Allow the warm,

Tingling sensation to spread across your palms and into your fingers.

Feel the vibration of your body as it relaxes more and more deeply.

Breathe.

The ball of light now goes into your chest area and relaxes any tension there,

And into your heart,

Cleansing it to make room for more love.

Feel the warmth of the energy as it moves through your spinal column relaxing every vertebrae slowly,

One by one.

The healing ball of light moves into your stomach,

Easing any tension there,

And relaxing it completely.

It enters your buttocks.

You can feel the tension releasing.

Just relax,

Let go,

And breathe.

The light branches off into your thighs,

Relaxing.

It then travels through to your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

Relaxing.

Finally,

The ball of light has reached your feet.

Feel the healing light sending a warm energy throughout every cell of your feet and toes.

Visualize yourself as completely cleansed,

And this light now leaves your body going back down into the earth,

Leaving through your toes.

You are completely relaxed,

Warm,

Safe,

And comfortable.

You deserve success.

You are a very special being.

You do deserve success.

Could you now be willing to set aside all doubt and realize what a special and deserving being you really are?

There is a part of you who knows that this is true,

That you do deserve to succeed at the things you want in your life.

Your higher self knows that you are very special,

Lovable,

And you are worthy of the success that you desire.

You do deserve success.

You have the right to be successful,

And you do deserve success.

Your higher self,

Who knows you completely,

Wants you to be happy.

Your higher self loves you unconditionally.

You have the right to be happy.

Your higher self sees you as already perfect.

Your higher self loves you unconditionally.

Your higher self wants you to be happy and have all of the success that you could ever hope to have for yourself.

If only you would love yourself as unconditionally as your higher self,

You would achieve all the success you could ever want.

It's true.

Part of being loving to yourself is allowing yourself to succeed and have what you want.

So I want you to think about what it would mean to unconditionally love yourself from now on.

Only you know how you can love yourself.

You deserve love,

And you do deserve success.

These two go hand in hand.

You can only achieve success to the degree that you are able to truly love yourself.

So I invite you to now think of some of the ways that you could be taking more loving action toward yourself.

Take a moment to consider some of the areas of your life where you need and desire more self-love.

You can now choose to be more loving to yourself.

Loving yourself is the key to feeling deserving and worthy of success.

The more you give love to yourself,

The more worthy you feel.

And the more worthy you feel,

The more you align yourself with the vibration of success.

Listen to the voice within,

The voice of your higher self.

You deserve success.

You do.

You deserve success.

You have the right to be successful,

And you do deserve success.

As each new day passes,

You may choose to acknowledge your higher self,

Guiding you and sending you messages of ways in which you can accept yourself more and give that unconditional love to yourself.

And as you listen and act upon the information you will receive,

You begin to merge and become one with your true nature.

Your true nature is successful.

You are worthy and deserving of success.

At the deepest level of being,

You have a purpose in your life to fulfill,

And you are worthy of fulfilling that purpose.

You were meant to be successful.

You know what your purpose is,

Because your purpose makes you happy when you think about succeeding at doing it.

You know what your purpose is,

And more and more you believe you deserve it.

You believe in your ability to succeed in all the ways that you've ever wanted to succeed.

You continue taking small steps toward your success each day.

You realize that you are the only one who controls your destiny.

You grab it.

You run with it.

You can have all the things you want in life.

You can be and do and have anything.

You accept yourself now as pure divine source energy.

You are love.

You are a magnificent spiritual being.

Your consciousness is always expanding.

As you expand your consciousness to include loving yourself,

Accepting yourself,

Even with your perceived mistakes,

Accepting yourself even with your perceived flaws and failures,

You know down deep inside that you do deserve success.

And the more you love yourself,

The more you find that you are worthy of success.

You deserve success.

You do.

You have the right to be successful,

And you do deserve success.

The more you accept everything about yourself,

The more your self-worth grows and expands.

Your net worth grows as your self-worth grows.

Your net worth grows to the level of your self-worth.

So,

You are expanding your self-worth.

Recognize who you really are.

Accept your true self.

You are such a powerful being.

That is your true nature.

You are completely responsible for creating the future you have always wanted.

No one else has the power to do it except you.

But you can do it.

The power is within you.

And the more you accept this power is within you,

And that power is received,

The more you accept yourself as you are,

The more powerful and worthy you become.

You deserve to feel admired and adored.

Can you allow yourself to let those feelings for yourself in your heart?

You deserve to feel safety,

Acceptance,

And love.

You have the power to create an environment of safety and love.

Accept yourself.
