Take a moment to listen to the waves and see them crash in front of you.
It's such an enjoyable experience.
Imagine the soothing feeling of warm,
Wet sand between your toes.
Hear the tropical birds singing in the distance.
And right next to you now,
You see a large rock.
Go ahead now and have a seat.
Let yourself feel a sense of peace and relaxation which flows throughout your body.
Let the beauty of the now take you over.
As you are connected to all life,
Immerse yourself in the sense of inner peace.
As you take time today to recognize the good in yourself,
Think about all the reasons why you are so awesome.
Acknowledge your awesomeness.
