Situate your body in a comfortable position.
You may want to sit up in a chair with your feet on the floor and your hands resting on your thighs,
Or you may wish to lie back on a bed,
A couch,
Or a recliner.
Allow yourself to rest comfortably for the next little while in this wake-sleep state of mind.
Let yourself relax.
Allow your eyes to close and begin to tune inward,
Gently,
And relax.
Think about that word as I'm saying it,
Relax.
You will now create a very peaceful feeling of relaxation.
Your relaxation will envelop you from head to toe.
Your whole body relaxes,
And it's so soothing that you begin to open to the wonders of your body.
Deeply relax,
Completely relax,
And gently direct all of your attention to your breathing.
Feel your breathing,
Breathing in and out,
Breathing in and out.
Breathe in relaxation,
Breathe out tension,
Breathe in and let the breath out.
And now focus on your facial muscles,
And with this next inhalation and exhalation you'll just let them relax and go limp.
Breathe in and out.
Good.
And now feel your neck and your shoulder muscles wanting to droop down and relax as well.
And each time you breathe in and let it out,
You feel relaxation moving through and relaxing your whole body,
Down your neck,
Your shoulders.
Breathe in and out,
And feel relaxation becoming absorbed into the muscles of your arms,
Letting them go naturally loose and limp.
And breathe in,
And breathe out.
Allowing your back muscles to unwind,
And it feels so good to allow your body this moment of comfort,
So easy to concentrate on how peaceful and calm your breathing feels as you breathe in and breathe out.
You can feel the chest muscles expanding and contracting,
So cleansing,
So still.
Breathing in and breathing out,
And you will notice that your stomach muscles are relaxing,
And each muscle we come to is learning that it's time for relaxing now.
Breathe in and breathe out,
And now your thighs relax.
Breathe in and breathe out,
Your calves are relaxing,
All the way down to your feet and toes.
Breathe in gently,
And breathe out.
Feel how your body has accepted this gift of relaxation into every nerve,
Every cell,
Every bone,
Every muscle.
Notice the way your body is listening and accepting every suggestion now.
Notice the way your body responds to the words that are being spoken.
And now we're going to take you down to a new level of hypnotic sleep,
As I will be counting from 10 down to 1,
And you will find that by the time you reach 1,
You will be twice as relaxed as you are right now,
Becoming more comfortable with each and every number,
Beginning the count now,

That's right,
Nothing to do but listen,
Enjoying the sound of my voice.
Your mind is becoming quiet,
As any outside noises now fade into the background and even support your relaxation,

Feeling your body as it becomes heavier,
Feeling so good,

You are going way down deeper into a dreamy state of mind,

And you will always hear my voice.
You will allow that part of your mind to remain awake and allow the changes we are going to talk about to take place,

And you just continue sinking so deeply now,
You can allow this to happen,
Feeling safe,
Warm,
Comfortable,

So much deeper now,
And still continuing to go all the way down to deeper and deeper levels,

So good to let go in this way,

Mind and body working together as one unit,
Helping you to continue sinking,
Creating a state of receptivity in all your cells as they respond to my every word,

Enjoying the peace and tranquility that you feel in your mind and your whole body,

Now understand how to go very deeply relaxed,

And you will continue this process of relaxation while I continue speaking with you.
You will consciously allow your unconscious to take the directions that I give to you.

You may already understand by now that the law of attraction is one of the most powerful forces in the universe.
But just what is the law of attraction?
Simply stated,
Like attracts like.

Another way to think about the law of attraction is that you get what you think about,
Whether it's something you want or don't want.
You are a living magnet.
Everything in the universe is energy,
And so all forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of like vibration.
Understanding this force enables you to put it to good use.
So for right now,
And even expanding into the next day,
The rest of all the days to come,
But especially right now,
I want you to imagine that number one,
Your physical being is magnetic.
Number two,
Everything out there in the universe,
For better or worse,
Bad or good,
Negative or positive,
Is also magnetic.
Number three,
The stronger your feelings,
The stronger your magnetic force.
And number four,
You gain strength in your feelings or vibration the more you think about what you want and what you don't want.

Always keeping in mind that thinking about what you don't want has the same power of attracting the thing you don't want,
Just as thinking about the thing that you do want.
So you're always adjusting your thought process to think about what you do want.
That's right.

You're always thinking about what you do want.
You're always thinking about what you do want.
And you can determine whether you're thinking about what you do want by noticing how it makes you feel.
When you're thinking about what you do want,
It makes you feel good.
And when you're thinking about what you don't want,
It makes you feel bad.
So let's learn right now how to turn a don't want into a do want.
I want you to begin by thinking about one aspect of your life.
Maybe it's money.
Maybe it's relationship.
Maybe it's career.
Whatever it is.
Let's get very focused on that one segment of your life that you would like to change for the better.
Now,
What is it that you would like to change about this aspect of your life?
And notice where your thought goes.
You may notice that you're focusing on the thing about that part of your life that you don't like or that you don't want.
And how you will notice it is that it doesn't make you feel very good at all.
And it tends to lower your vibration and makes you feel bad.
So from now on,
You're going to become acutely aware of when you're feeling bad and when you're feeling good.
That's right.
You are becoming more and more aware of how you're feeling at any given moment.
So much so that you will feel alarmed the moment your feelings turn negative.
And once you've had enough of that feeling,
You immediately switch to feeling positive.
So now,
Let's immediately switch your focus to something that makes you feel good.
Anything at all.
Even if it has nothing to do with the goal at hand.
Just anything at all to change your current vibration to one that is very positive now.
Think about attracting something that you do want.
Think about something very nice.
You see,
Your imagination holds the key to this powerful law of attraction.
More than anything else,
It's your imagination.
The more you're able to vividly imagine by either seeing,
Feeling,
Or hearing that which you wish to attract,
Your goal is well within your grasp.
If you cannot believe it or imagine it,
How can you possibly achieve it?
You must master this,
And you are mastering it right now.
So let's sharpen your imagination skills right now.
I'm going to give you a few beautiful things to focus on,
To expand your ability to imagine and focus.
Imagine the sound of a plane flying overhead.
Good.
Now imagine the sound of your favorite cat or dog,
Or some other animal that makes you feel good.
That's good.
Now imagine the song.
Of your favorite piece of music.
That's right.
And aren't you already noticing that these sounds are making you feel better?
And doesn't it make sense that the stronger you're able to focus and use your imagination with these things,
The better they will make you feel?
And doesn't it make sense that the better you feel,
The more likely you're going to attract something positive into your awareness?
So now let's focus on your sense of vision.
Visualizing can be done with the three senses.
Hearing,
Feeling,
And seeing.
When you're using your imagination,
I want you to use your strongest sense from these three,
Which you're practicing with right now.
Go with what makes you feel good.
But for now,
Let's see how well you can envision or see these things.
Now,
Focus on a beautiful monarch butterfly.
Notice the vivid oranges and purples in its wings.
And what a delicate little creature of nature this is.
Now I want you to see your favorite car driving in slow motion right in front of you.
Notice all the details of this car.
Now I want you to see in front of you a huge stack of money,
As much money as you can possibly imagine.
That's good.
Sometimes you may be more visual than at other times.
And some of it comes from your memory.
But of course,
The better you become at visualizing future circumstances,
The more likely you'll be able to create those things.
So now imagine the feelings.
Imagine how it feels to get a massage with just the right amount of pressure.
That's right.
Now imagine laying out in the hot sun with the sun upon your face.
And if you prefer another kind of experience like being in the cool,
Crisp air of the mountains,
Go there or wherever makes you feel good.
And finally,
Imagine the feeling of a soft kiss.
This was an exercise in visualizing the feeling of a soft kiss.
In strengthening your imagination.
Because your imagination holds the key to having the power to manifest your desires.
Even if you have no idea how you will create your dreams,
Desires,
And goals,
All you have to do is imagine the outcome you want.
Believe in it.
And keep yourself in the feel good zone.
The how is the domain of the universe.
Just feel good.
And all you must do is conceive it and believe it.
And allow it to happen.
And of course,
You must take action.
As you begin the process of mastering the law of attraction,
You will notice things that you never noticed before.
You're going to notice that the steps you need to take become revealed to you one at a time.
You don't have to see the entire roadmap.
All you need to do is trust your imagination and your intuition.
And take the first step in faith.
When you take the first step in faith,
You are setting up an agreement with the universe.
And it will respond to each step you take.
You have faith.
The universe responds.
And then presents the next step.
And step by step,
Your true desire is becoming a reality.
Each day,
You become better and better at using your imagination.
You are a receptacle for achieving all your goals,
Dreams,
And desires.
Yes,
You are good at it.
You are good at using your mind to powerfully create big things for yourself.
You have a feeling of assurance that all of your desires are forthcoming.
The money you want is forthcoming.
The relationship you want is forthcoming.
The vacations you want are forthcoming.
The business goals you want are forthcoming.
The health you want is forthcoming.
Everything that you want is forthcoming.
Believe it.
Whatever you believe is true.
Whatever you believe is true.
And now,
Take this very powerful moment to formulate the one thing that you really want right now.
What do you really want to manifest?
And create in your life today?
During this time,
You are to think about either a small goal for today that you would like to see manifested in reality,
Or this can be one of your bigger goals that you continue to think about each time you do this process.
But during this one minute of time,
I want you to think about this desire with all your might and power and with feeling.
Really feeling those powerful vibrations through your body.
And see yourself as a big magnet of energy.
And know that these feelings,
The more powerful they are,
The louder they are speaking to the universe.
To in turn,
Bring these things back to you quickly and just the way you want them.
So focus on that thing by seeing,
Hearing,
Feeling it.
Whichever is strongest for you.
And do that now.
Now,
This idea has been firmly planted into your mind.
And it is going to continue to be coaxed and nursed and enticed to remain alive within you until it has been brought to fruition.
The right opportunity will meet with you.
With this idea and it will take on a power all on its own.
This idea becomes a mind of its own.
Drawing in the right amount of power,
The right people directing you into the right places until it has been manifested.
You have just given birth to an intangible force now that must be nurtured,
Loved,
Cared for in the same way a baby must receive these things.
Your ideas and creative thoughts must receive your attention and follow through.
It is your burning desire and you give it the persistent effort and determination to fulfill your purpose in life.
You see yourself,
Feel yourself,
And hear yourself already having it.
You have a bold sense of assurance now.
That it is coming your way.
Each day you understand how to master the law of attraction more and more to bring about your desires.
You understand this great truth about life now,
More and more,
That you can have anything your heart desires.
You just need to feel it and believe that you can have it and that you deserve it.
Feel the good that is waiting for you.
You deserve your desired life.
You are creating your life of your dreams right this very moment.
It will require more than just your thoughts and your feelings,
But a doing will be necessary along the way.
You may not know what or how right now,
But you make a definite decision to get the things you know are necessary to accomplish this goal,
And you set a definite goal and a definite time for it.
You set a definite time frame for yourself,
And things will happen in a hurry,
And they will flow naturally for you.
Each day you're filled with a feeling of confidence that everything is lining up for you in just the right ways.
Trust your hunches.
Trust your intuition.
Strengthen your mind with your imagination.
Dream it.
Dream big.
Believe it.
Be it.
Feel it.
Do it.
