Today we are going to be working with releasing scarcity programming from our system.
And releasing and working with scarcity programming.
Can be very,
Very big work.
Because scarcity can feel like it's at the very core of our existence as humans.
Because when we are perceiving reality through our egos alone,
Then it can feel that we are separate individuals on a planet with limited resources and that we just have to fend for ourselves and just fight and do the best we can.
Our systems can clock that as reality.
And this can show up,
This scarcity feeling can show up in terms of a personal not enoughness.
It can feel like there's a scarcity within who I am.
Somehow who I am in this world is just not enough.
The scarcity programming can come through in that way.
It can also come through financially,
Of course.
There can be a feeling of there aren't enough resources in my bank account.
There's not enough.
Wealth,
There's just not enough money.
So that scarcity programming can come through in that tangible way with money.
And it can also come through in a general sense of your life and your life path.
You might sense that your Life isn't amounting to enough.
Your achievements aren't enough.
You haven't become enough of somebody in this world on your life path.
So scarcity programming can also come through in that way.
When we remember.
When we remember the truth that we are in this material world and we are connected beyond this material world as well.
When we remember that truth,
We can live in these human bodies.
You can live in your life.
While living in the truth of safety.
And abundance.
That is true.
And this is the work that we're going to be calling through today.
That remembering.
When you remember at that core level,
It spills into all areas of your life.
Every area where the scarcity programming,
That storyline had a hold in your life.
This truth spills through and just floods it out.
Till there's no room for scarcity and then your body your whole system can relax as well because the scarcity exists as a contraction in your body.
So this is the beautiful work that I am.

My name is Victoria Ballman and this is the work that I do.
This is my life's work.
And I often work with breath.
As a doorway into whatever it is in our systems that wants to be cleared.
Essentially to help completely set us free as humans so that we can live in full remembering of our true nature.
Live in the security that comes with that,
The abundance that comes with that,
The creativity that comes with that,
The health that comes with that.
This is our birthright as humans,

This part of you that you.

This part of you that knows eternal safety.
This part of you that knows eternal abundance.
This part of you that knows that all is well.
All is well.
However you're experiencing your true self,
Breathing in and out.
Letting yourself acknowledge it here.
You might take some accentuated exhales here.
Ah.
As you can feel the beauty and the safety and relaxation.
Of this connection to your true self.
You might feel Some nice exhales coming out.
Exhaling the forgetting,
Exhaling the tension.

You are safe.
You are held in eternal safety.
You are held in eternal abundance.

Feeling the goodness of that.
Feeling the goodness of that.

I'm feeling the truth.
Not a truth you have to try to anchor in.
It's a truth that's just here because it's truth.
Breathing in and out and feeling this truth.
You're enough.
You've always been enough.
You are not broken,
You are whole.
Anything else you're experiencing is just an experience.
The experience doesn't touch.
The core.
Your perfection,
The core of your wholeness.
Breathing in and out and feeling feeling any pigeonholing that's happened in your reality.
Any storyline of scarcity that's really taken hold.
Made it seem like it's all there is.
Feeling into that potential pigeonholing.
Seeing outside of it.
Seeing the possibility that's here.
The possibility that is the nature.
Of your life path.
In your relationships,
Feeling that possibility,
The possibility of beauty across all of your relationships.
In your work and how you want to express yourself in your work.
As a creative outlet.
As a sole purpose mission.
Feeling this essence of abundance.
In your work Every ounce of your work is made up of the energy of possibility.
Breathing in and out.
You can receive in connection,
In human connection.
You can receive an intimacy.
You can receive in the currency of being seen.
You can receive love.
You can receive an opportunity.
Opportunity.
Flooding into your life.
You can receive in money.
Money entering your energetic system entering your life Breathing in and out and feeling this.
Ah.

This wide open receiving.
This possibility of receiving.
As the fabric of your lifetime.
There's no restriction to this.
Any restriction is just a A perception of a limitation,
A perception of a storyline that you're currently experiencing.
It has no grounds,
It has no truth to it.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
And we're going to take 20 connected breaths here,
Inviting you even deeper into your inner world.
Inhaling.
Exhaling,
Inhaling Exhaling.
And three.
Four Five.
Finding your own rhythm as you breathe.

Feeling your awareness continue to draw deeper into yourself as you breathe.
Feeling this.
Intimacy with yourself.
You're here with you.
You're fully present with you.
You're feeling you.

Feeling this beautiful space of connection that you're in with yourself.
You and you.
You connected here with you.
With your energy body,
With your mental body,

Feeling the truth.
You are eternally safe.
You are eternally whole.
Now in this space of connection with yourself.
We're going to.

Scan your own system.
And be with even more intimately.
This specific storyline that you've noted today.
That you've acknowledged that is present in your system.
Just feeling.
Where is scarcity living as a storyline in your life?
Where is the not-enoughness?
I'm not enough.
There's not enough money.
There aren't enough resources.
There isn't enough love.
There isn't enough opportunity.
There isn't enough creativity.
There isn't enough energy.
Feeling into your own system,
Feeling into your own life,
Your own experience of reality that is fully yours.
What is this?
Storyline.
Breathing in and out and locating it.
And as I shared before,
It might feel fully.
Real because as humans we're empath and so we fully empath the storyline We're just taking a step back from the storyline right now.
So I invite you to see yourself taking a step back and just looking at it.
With a curiosity,
With a neutrality.
As if you're saying,
Oh.
Hey,
It's you!
It's you that's been.
.
.
Causing me to feel this experience of scarcity in my reality.
I see you.
Breathing in and out and seeing yourself witnessing.
In this storyline.
And already feeling some spaciousness as you do this.
This storyline doesn't own you.
It's not the full reality of truth.
It's just a storyline.
Might be wedged quite deeply in there,
But it's still just a storyline.
Breathing in and out.
Seeing yourself witnessing it.
As you witness it,
It loses its power.
Because you can see what it is.
You can see that it's not the whole truth.
So automatically its power is dissipating,
Its power is just blowing away on the wind.
Breathing in and out and seeing yourself witness this storyline.
Now feeling into any part of your body that's been connected to this storyline.
Maybe your nervous system has been wound up in it and you feel a really deep contraction and fear.
Maybe your emotions have been wound up in it.
You feel an emotional sadness or heaviness.
Maybe a very specific part of your physical body has been connected into this storyline.
That you're aware of,
Maybe your digestive system.
Maybe you're feeling into your own system Your own inner wisdom is guiding you here.
So just feeling into your own system.
What part of your system has been tied into this storyline?
Taking some breaths in and out acknowledging that Oh,
This part of my system has been.

Wound up in this storyline.
Okay.
That's okay.
Breathing in and out.
Now I invite you to.

Bring through the the love antidote i call it the truth antidote and give this truth antidote to your system.
What is the truth antidote to this scarcity storyline that you're observing in your system?
What is the truth?
I am enough.
I am always enough.
Abundance is my true nature.
I am always guided on my path.
My path is made up of possibility.
It is safe for me to fully receive.
It is safe for me to be me in this world.
Fully expressed as me.
It is safe for me to feel good.
To feel light in my body.
It is safe for me to welcome money into my bank account.
What is this truth antidote?
Feeling into your own intuition here,
Your own knowing.
What is it that you just want to wrap your whole system in?
Taking a moment here with yourself,
Breathing in and out.
Feeling what truth is coming through for you here.
And as you feel this truth coming through for you,
Breathing the truth into your whole body.
So it's not just a little voice coming through so that it's an entirety that you're swallowing into your whole system.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling this truth,
Working with your physical body.
Oh.
Exhaling out any tension.
Any contractions?
That's been in your physical body as you welcome this truth fully in.
Ahhhhhhhhh welcoming this truth fully into your emotional body.
Oh.
If you feel tears coming through here,
That's okay.
If you feel a smile and laughter coming through here.
Welcoming it through.
Inviting this truth fully into your emotional body.
Oh.
Continuing to call through the truth.
Your intuition knows the truth.
Your inner knowing knows the truth.
I might be.

Mirroring it to you here.
I might be supporting you to remember but the remembering lives inside of you.
Feeling this truth.
Flooding your system.
And this scarcity might feel intergenerational,
And there can be that heaviness around that,
As if it's been in the line for so long that it's all that feels real.
That's okay.
It's okay if it's been in the line for a long time because you are here right now remembering in this present moment.
And that's all it takes.
To send that remembering all the way down the line.
So it's okay if this is intergenerational.
It's okay if this has been here for a very long time.
You are in this present moment right now remembering,
And that is where your power lies.
Breathing in and out and feeling that.
And welcoming the truth into your mental body.
Your mental body that can chatter all day long with little storylines.
You're not good enough.
There isn't enough.
You live in scarcity.
Everything is scarce.
There isn't enough.
You should be afraid.
You should feel contracted.
Welcoming the truth into your mental body feeling it flooding your mental body breathing in and out feeling the truth of abundance the truth of your full abundant nature,
Feeling it flooding your mental body.
In those chatterings of scarcity,
Let them chatter.
You know the truth.
Ahhhhhhhhh We're going to take 10 more full connected breaths here.
As you take these connected breaths,
Feeling the truth.
Of your enoughness,
The truth of abundance,
The truth of your wholeness.
As you breathe the connected breath Feeling this truth continuing to weave into your whole system.

Feeling abundance here,
Feeling remembering here,
Feeling safety here.
Feeling easier.
This is yours.
All yours.
Just mirroring to you what is already yours.
And what's always been yours.
Now as you breathe your natural breath.
Feeling this remembering,
This truth that you've anchored in today,
Feeling it grounded in your body.
As you breathe your natural breath.
Feeling yourself grounded in your body.
Feeling yourself grounded in the present moment.
Knowing.
Your inner wisdom,
Your true self.
The truth of abundance is always here.
Feeling the groundedness of this.
Any part of your awareness ever forgets,
That's okay.
Bring it back into remembering.
Whenever you feel ready now,
I'm going to invite you to open your eyes.
As you open your eyes,
Feeling what feels different in your physical body.
Feeling what feels different.
In your energetic body Good work.

Big remembering you did today.

On integration.
From this practice today.
The main form of integration is as you're going throughout your day.
As you're going throughout your life.
If you notice any storyline of scarcity come up.
Any experience of scarcity come up.
Rather than just fully going into the experience and fully engaging with the experience,
Taking a moment to witness it as we did today,
Taking a moment to witness it and saying,
Ah,
Okay.
I know what this is.
This is a storyline of scarcity.
And I'm empathing it fully.
I'm experiencing it in my body.
I'm experiencing it in my reality.
I can see what this is.
Taking a moment to witness it,
Then taking a moment to connect in,
Anchor into truth.
What do I know to be true?
And supporting yourself.
To remember.
And As we do this,
These filaments storylines.
That think that they've woven very deeply into our system.
They just.

More and more i lift up and out like stitches when stitches are ready to come out they just lift out of the system and the body just naturally pushes them out the body knows what to do remembers what to do and it just pushes them out and they just fall away So this is the most important form of integration that we can support ourselves with.
In our everyday lives is when a storyline and experience comes up,
Even if it's big,
There could be big emotions around it.
It could be big nervous system fear around it.
Even if it's big,
We take this moment to witness it.
And let yourself receive support if something ever feels really really big and you're like oh my goodness I can't remember truth right now.
This experience that I'm having is so big and my emotions are so.

Wound into it i can't remember truth that's when we gather together that's when we message a friend and say please help me remember the truth or it's when we come to a meditation like this and we say please help me remember the truth and we we gather and we help each other remember So this is how we integrate.
