We are going to be going into a meditation today to attune to a positive future for humanity and for yourself and your own life in connection to humanity's path.
We have a lot of opportunities right now to connect to turmoil that's happening in the world.
We have a lot of opportunities right now to feel grief,
Sadness.
We have a lot of opportunities to feel fear of the unknown and we don't necessarily have as many opportunities to connect to beautiful possibilities for ourselves and for the world and opportunities to really feel that in our system.
So,
That's what we're gathering and taking time to connect with today and I will be guiding you through certain prompts and we're also going to leave space for your own higher self or true self,
Whatever language you might use.
We're going to leave space for your own inner wisdom to come through and connect with you.

My name is Victoria Bauman and my work is to help support a free humanity in our beautiful world.
Okay,
So we are going to work with our breath a little bit today and the reason we work with our breath is because we're not just working at a mental level,
We're also working somatically.
We're also working with your body and our breath is a great doorway into our body.
So I'm going to invite you into some very specific breathing as we go through this meditation and the breathing that I'm going to invite you into is a connected breath.
So it's where we remove the pause between our inhale and exhale and what that does is it actually lessens the activity in our default mode network,
The part of our brain that is the analytical thinking mind and it allows us to connect inwards a little bit more easily.
So when I invite you into that breath,
You can follow those cues and do that breathing technique with me or if that doesn't feel right for you,
You can just stay in your own natural breath and follow what feels right for you in that way.
Okay,
So just feeling comfortable in your space,
I'll invite you to close down your eyes.
Just taking a breath in and out.
Closing down your eyes and feeling your attention begin to come inwards into your own body,
Your own system.
Feeling the outer world gently fading.
Feeling yourself here,
Present with you.
Now I'm going to invite you to take 10 connected breaths with me,
That's where we remove our pause between the inhale and exhale and our breath becomes like a wheel going around and around.
I'm going to invite you to take 10 connected breaths with me.
So inhaling.
Exhaling and again.
And 10.
Feeling your attention having drawn even more inwards here.
You might feel some physical sensations,
A tingling sensation.
Letting yourself be drawn inwards into this beautiful connection with yourself.
Now I'm inviting you into this visualization.
It's not that long in the future from now and everything has changed.
Humanity was sitting on the edge of their seats.
There was a lot of fear,
There was a lot of unknown.
And there was a feeling like everything was coming to a head.
But we weren't sure what was going to happen next.
And it played out wonderfully.
You're not that far in the future and you're sitting in a beautiful place in nature.
The birds are singing and you feel lightness and excitement for life in your body.
Taking a few breaths in and out,
Letting yourself feel this.
That you're not that far in the future.
And everything has played out wonderfully.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
The oceans have been cleaned.
There's no more plastic in the ocean.
In fact,
We don't use microplastics at all anymore.
All materials we use are completely biodegradable and are easily absorbed back into our happy earth.
The oceans and all of nature on our earth is vibrantly alive.
The air quality is pure.
You take a breath in and you feel how full of vitality simply the air is around you.
Breathing in and feeling this.
Feeling vitality enter your lungs and your whole body simply by the quality of the air around you.
The earth has fully regenerated.
There's no more feeling of a pending natural doom.
All of earth's systems are working in harmony and you are part of that harmony.
You can feel your feet on the earth and your body is receiving that humming healthy vibration of the earth.
Taking some breaths in and out right now.
Feeling what this feels like for your whole body and your whole system to attune to a fully harmonious regenerated nature.
That you are a part of.
Breathing in and out and feel what this feels like in your body and in your whole system.
Now we're going to take 10 more connected breaths here.
Inhaling one.
Two.
Nice full breaths.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Feeling your mind soft here and feeling your intuition and your inner knowing fully alive and present.
Your physical body is in the best health it's ever been in.
Your physical body is humming with vitality.
You'd never experienced energy levels like this before.
You have creativity surging through you.
You wake up every day feeling happy to be you,
Happy to be alive and ready for the day.
You don't have a gnawing anxiety in your belly.
In fact,
It's been a long time since you've experienced anything close to what we used to call anxiety.
Your body feels peaceful,
Fully at ease with itself and the world around it.
You don't have any illness.
You don't have any pending illness.
Your body feels fully healthy and vibrant.
Breathing in and out,
Feeling what this feels like in your physical body and in your whole system.
Letting your whole body attune to this.
This normalcy of not having physical ailments,
Physical illness,
Physical inflammation.
Not having any of that.
Just feeling full energy levels and full vitality humming in your body.
What does that feel like?
Letting your body attune to this as normal.
A healthy,
Vibrant physical body.
It's just normal to feel healthy.
It's normal for your whole body to feel happy,
Full of life force.
Your cells are alive,
Pinging with energy.
Each cell doing what it was designed to do beautifully.
Now we're going to take 10 more connected breaths here.
Continuing to draw your energy and your awareness inwards.
Continuing to allow your intuition to be fully present here.
Inhaling one.
Feeling your inner wisdom,
Your higher self fully present with you here.
As we keep connecting to this positive future for humanity.
You're in the future,
Not that far into the future.
Those that were in power,
That were maintaining unhealthy dynamics for society.
They were held accountable and they were removed from their positions of power.
All corruption was brought to the light.
Any societal systems that were supporting corruption were fully dismantled.
And rebuilt in a way that supports us as humans.
Education,
Health,
Transportation,
Culture,
Management of resources.
You feel great about all of it.
You don't have any uneasy feeling that someone is benefiting in a way they shouldn't be.
All of society's systems are humming.
Supporting every single human individually and supporting all of humanity as a whole.
Breathing in and out here.
Feeling what this feels like in your physical body.
To attune to a social dynamic that supports humans.
And that supports you as an individual.
Feeling what this feels like in your body.
What physical sensations do you feel as you attune to this?
Maybe you feel a groundedness.
Maybe you feel a peace.
Maybe you feel a tingling of excitement and possibility.
Feeling what you feel physically as you attune to this.
Your whole system can feel this.
Letting this normalize in your body.
And as this continues to normalize and attune in your body,
We're going to take ten more connected breaths here.
Continuing to soften your mental body.
Continuing to welcome in the presence of your higher knowing.
Your inner wisdom.

Feeling this presence of your own inner wisdom here.
Feeling the softness of it.
Feeling the feeling of truth,
Of calm.
Continuing to connect to this positive future for humanity.
It's not so far in the future.
And you feel so connected to your own true self.
Your own higher self.
The part of you that is everlasting.
It feels incredible to be connected in this way.
You don't have any fear of death.
You simply feel a joy for this life you're living.
Even if you get to live as you.
Your intuition is fully online.
And it guides your life easefully and beautifully.
And your higher self was there guiding you all along.
Even when things were still tough in this world.
Even when things were still tumultuous for humanity.
Even when your mind couldn't always see the bigger picture.
Your higher self was there the whole time.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling what this feels like in your body and your whole system.
Attuning to being fully connected with your higher self.
Knowing the connection is here.
Feeling what this feels like in your physical body.
Feeling what this feels like in your whole system.
Maybe you feel some emotion here.
The beauty of knowing.
You've always been connected.
Maybe you feel a sense of rootedness.
This feeling of safety.
This sense of safety and knowing that you're guided.
Maybe you feel an open,
Free feeling.
Around your head.
Above your head.
Knowing how connected you are.
To this part of you that's beyond.
The picture that your mind sees.
Breathing in and out.
Letting yourself attune to this feeling of being fully connected to your soul.
Your true self.
Feeling this attunement in your whole system.
It feels natural and normal to feel fully connected to your true self.

Your higher self.
This presence that is so natural to be here.

Visualizing ourselves in the future.
Not so far from now.
Earth has fully regenerated itself and is humming in vitality.
Your physical body is in full health.
You have energy surging through you.
All of our societal systems are operating in a way that supports us.
We as individuals have the power and the agency on this earth to support a harmonious humanity.
And your higher self is fully embodied in you,
Guiding you every day.
This is what has played out.
And as you're sitting in this future not so far from now,
You can hear the birds around you.
You feel peace in your body.
Now thinking back to that time when you were doing that meditation on Insight Timer with Victoria.
When things were still very tumultuous in the world.
And when you still weren't sure of what the outcome would be.
What is it that you did between then and now?
Now this time of peace.
What is it that you did between then and now to support this timeline?
And to support yourself in this timeline?
Let yourself visualize this now.
Breathing in and out.
Opening up to any guidance that comes through for you here.
What is it that you did?
How did you guide your life in a way that supported you and supported this beautiful timeline?
It might not be doing something specific.
It might be more so your way of being.
Or your connection to yourself.
Or it might be something very specific.
Just being curious about what your own intuition brings through here.
Feeling your higher self present here.
Feeling your intuition present here.
Letting it communicate with you however it wants to communicate with you.
Maybe in visuals.
Maybe in a felt sense knowing.
Maybe in physical sensation.
Just opening to receive.
Now feeling your natural breath.
Solid and anchored in your body.
Feeling yourself fully present here.
In this present moment.
In your beautiful physical body.
Feeling all of your energy here in this present moment.
Feeling all of your personal agency here in this present moment.
Feeling all of your intuition here in this present moment.

And before you open your eyes just noting anything that came through for you today.
That you want to carry into your day.
Noting anything that came through that you want to anchor in for yourself.
And then when you feel ready opening your eyes.
And when you open your eyes and you feel yourself fully present here in the space you're in.
Just noting what you feel in your body right now.
Perhaps different than when we started this meditation.
Noting how you feel in your system.
And perhaps letting yourself take these cues of how you feel from inside of you.
You might move into your day receiving information from outside of you.
Keeping on receiving your cues of how you want to show up in your day.
Receiving these cues from inside you.
I'm just sharing a few words about integration here.
Be aware of what information is coming into your system.
And I mean information in the most general way.
Actual written information.
But also frequency.
Just being aware of what's coming in.
Because often our systems can get clogged.
And it can feel harder to connect to our inner knowing.
It can be harder to connect to what we know is possible and what we know is true.
When our system feels so clogged.
So just being kind to yourself and letting yourself be aware of what's coming in.
And in whatever way you can.
Taking time to clear your system of whatever doesn't feel right for you.
And connect inwards.
Because each of you has such a strong intuition.
Each of you has such a strong knowing.
And when we allow this to come through.
This is what guides humanity forward.
Everyday humans.
You and me and our other pals across the globe.
When we connect in.
It's incredibly powerful.
