So we're going to be helping your system to rewire for peace.
Rewire for wholeness and rewire for wonder that feeling of wonder that comes from being in the present moment so we're going to be doing some some really good work together today So if you haven't meditated with me before,
My name is Victoria Bauman,
And my life's work is to.

Help set humanity free.
Help set us free from any of the perceived limitations,
Any of the disharmonious programming that's in us.
Any separation programming that's in us anything that's keeping us from being in the full abundance and peaceful reality that is our birthright to be in on this planet so I'm very happy to be doing this meditation with you today this is really important work And today we're going to be doing some rewiring with affirmations.
And we're going to be doing the rewiring somatically.
So i'm going to be sharing some affirmations with you one by one And as I share each affirmation,
I'm going to invite you to take a breath in and out.
And feel that affirmation in your body.
You might feel it somewhere specific in your body you might feel it working with a specific part of you and if that's the case you can bring awareness to that part of your body and take some breaths in and out to that part of your body You are free to move your body how it wants to move today.
You're free to make any noises you might want to do some really big exhales at some point like a you're free to do that.
This is a space for you to work with your own body and follow your intuition with what feels right for you.
So because we're going to be doing some somatic work with these affirmations,
It can be helpful to calm down our analytical thinking mind first.
Sometimes our analytical thinking mind can feel really busy and it can feel like it's in the way of our connection to our beautiful body.
So we're going to work with 10 connected breaths.
When I say connected breath,
I just mean removing the pause between your inhale and your exhale.
So a connected breath would be like this.
Going to take 10 of these connected breaths together this is not how you want to breathe on a daily basis this is a therapeutic technique to help soften your mind to go inwards in a moment like this so we're going to take 10 of these connected breaths a moment and then from there I'm going to start to invite you to feel the affirmations Okay.
So closing down your eyes getting comfortable in your space Even just closing down your eyes,
Perhaps feeling more of your awareness go into your internal world.
Feeling your shoulders soft,
Feeling your spine straight and alert.
And we're going to take 10 connected breaths here.
And as you take these connected breaths,
Feeling your mind soften and feeling your awareness come even more inside of yourself.
Inhaling.
You one again 2 again Three,
Feeling your attention come inwards.
Four,
Five.
Six.
Seven Eight,
Feeling your mind soften even more.
Nine.
End 10.
Coming to your natural breath again,
Just feeling what this feels like.
To be connected to your beautiful body.
To feel your own intuition present.
To feel your mind softer.
The first affirmation we're going to work with right now.
Is I feel safe.
In my body.
I feel safe.
In my body,
Breathing in and out.
Feeling those words and not just the words feeling the energy of this deep deeply rooted safety.
I feel safe in my body.
And if you feel any resistance to this in the lower part of your body,
Perhaps taking some breaths into that part of your body.
Feeling yourself rooted,
Feeling yourself fully here in your body,
Feeling how safe this is.
I feel safe in my body.
How wonderful this is to feel safe in your whole body.
Okay,
Let's take five connected breaths again to keep drawing our awareness inwards.
One.
Two,
Three,
Four,
And five Now we're coming into worthiness.
I receive infinite love exactly as I am.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
I receive infinite love exactly as I am.
Feeling if there's any resistance to this in any part of your body.
You're feeling if your body opens wide to soak this in.
Letting your whole body attune to this.
Breathing in and out.
I receive infinite love exactly as I am.
Wow!
I receive infinite love exactly as I am.
Wow,
Feeling the power of this.
There's nothing to block you from receiving love.
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever.
You get to receive infinite love right now in this present moment.
And in every present moment,
Breathing in and out,
Feeling this,
I receive infinite love exactly as I am.
Mmm,
Letting your whole system attune to this.
And now letting this open up across time to every past version of you,
Every future version of you with this affirmation.
I accept all versions of myself.
Past,
Present and future.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling that,
Receiving that.
I accept all versions of myself,
Past,
Present and future.
There's nothing that you ever could have done or nothing that you ever could do in the future to block yourself from receiving love.
Every single version of you has always done the best you can.
And will always do the best you can.
You couldn't do anything else.
So you get to accept every single version of yourself,
Breathing in and out,
Receiving this.
I accept all versions of myself,
Past,
Present and future.
Okay,
And we're going to take five connected breaths again,
Continuing to invite your awareness inside yourself.
Inhaling.
And again.
Three,
Four,
And five.
Feeling this beautiful communion that you have with yourself here.
The whole rest of the world is on pause.
This is your time to be with you.
All right now we're going to come into affirming ease because there can be a lot of programming around struggle for the sake of struggle in this world so receiving this affirmation I let go of striving.
I exist easefully in this world.
Breathing in and out and feeling this I let go of striving.
I exist easefully in this world.
Perhaps feeling your body soften as you receive this affirmation.
Perhaps feeling your jaw,
Your neck,
Your shoulders soften.
I let go of striving.
You can just let it go.
It's just blowing away on the wind.
I let go of striving.
I exist easefully in this world.
Maybe even feeling your gut soften around this.
What would it feel like for your gut and your whole belly?
To just exist easily in this world.
Breathing in and out.
Letting your whole system Attuned to this ease.
Letting go of storylines of struggle.
Striving,
Grasping.
No matter how long those may have been.
Your generational line just letting them go exhaling them out I exist easefully in this world,
Letting your whole body receive this.
Beautiful.
Now we're going to take five more connected breaths here.
Perhaps already feeling your body and your system lighter.
We're going to come now into receiving.
You don't just get to be worthy and exist easefully,
You also get to receive.
Receiving these words into your system.
I receive abundantly.
Beyond effort.
Or control.
Wow,
Receiving those words again as you breathe in and out.
I receive abundantly beyond effort or control.
You may have been programmed into receiving only through very intense effort,
Only through a sense of control,
Only through doing something where you finally deem yourself worthy of receiving,
You might have been programmed into that,
Exhaling that all out.
Feeling yourself worthy of receiving simply because you exist.
Imagine what that would be like to live in that.
I receive abundantly beyond effort or control.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
Now receiving this next affirmation,
I open wide.
To receive the blessings of my life.
Breathing fully as you inhale.
Feeling your system opening.
I open wide.
To receive the blessings of my life.
Wow!
Perhaps feeling your heart opening with this.
Perhaps feeling your whole torso.
Shoulders opening.
I open wide to receive the blessings of my life.
Now as you keep letting your system receive this,
We're going to take five more connected breaths here.
Inhaling one.
Two.
Three,
Four.
Bye.
Now with our next affirmations,
We're going to come into your sense of limitlessness,
Your sense of creativity and possibility in this existence.
Receiving this affirmation.
I exist beyond limitation.
All perceptions of limitations.
Are merely perception.
Breathing in and out,
Receiving these words.
Receiving this knowing because as i'm saying these words you're remembering this You already know this.
I exist beyond limitation.
All perceptions of limitation.
Are merely perception.
Breathing in and out,
Letting your whole system feel this.
Wide open possibility.
That you exist in in your life.
We can be programmed into feeling constrained.
We can be programmed into feeling pigeonholed in life.
Like there are only a few possibilities.
Inhaling through all of that feeling all of the possibilities open wide.
And now receiving these words around the benevolence of life.
Life is benevolent.
Life wants me to experience abundance,
Connection,
Joy and creativity.
Feeling this,
That life wants to bless you.
Life wants you to experience abundance,
Connection,
Joy and creativity.
Breathing in and out,
Letting your whole system attune to this benevolence of life itself.
Feeling that life is on your team.
It's not against you.
Breathing in and out.
Perhaps feeling a tinglyness of excitement and possibility.
As you connect with this.
You We're going to take five connected breaths here again,
Inhaling.
One.
Two.
4 and five.
Now we're going to connect to the beautiful energy of compassion.
And love.
Receiving these words,
I hold myself and all of my fellow humans.
In love and understanding.
Breathing in and out,
Letting your whole system receive these words.
I hold myself and all of my fellow humans in love and understanding.
Feeling conflict melt away.
Feeling.
Isolation and loneliness melt away.
In the warmth of this compassion.
Compassion for yourself and all fellow humans.
Connecting us like a heartbeat across the whole planet.
Taking five more connected breaths here.

Now receiving words of energy and vitality.
I am full of energy.
Life force is naturally pulsing through me.
Feeling that,
Breathing in and out.
There's energy all around you connected to your system.
Feeling that your whole body,
Your whole system is pulsing.
With vitality,
With life force energy.
I am full of energy.
Life force is naturally pulsing through me.
Feeling this vitality in your system.
And if there's any particular part of your body asking.

To receive this vitality even more,
Bringing your awareness to that part of your body and taking some breaths into that part of your body.
This life force energy is available to you.
It's all around you.
Nobody owns it.
You don't have to buy it.
You don't have to do anything to be worthy of it.
It's available to you.
It's yours to receive,
Feeling your whole body full of life force energy.
Now taking a few natural breaths,
Not connected breaths,
Just a few natural breaths in and out.
Feeling yourself grounded in your body.
I'm going to share some final words.
Gratitude breathing in and out and receiving these words I cherish my life.
I'm grateful to be alive.
Being me is a miracle.
I am so excited to be me today.
Thank you for my life.
Thank you that I am me.
Thank you for my fellow humans and this earth.
Today I experience the goodness that is everywhere.

Feeling this truth that your system has received.

Just continuing to wake up and be remembered by you.

What a gift to be alive.
How fantastic.
Wow,
We have received so much programming that says otherwise.
So I'm going to share a few words about integrating this.
The first thing is support yourself to keep remembering this.
So if you're going through your day and suddenly you feel not good enough or if you feel limited by possibilities or if you feel scarce or if you feel fear and anxiety.
Whatever you might feel,
If you can,
Take that moment to pause rather than just fully engaging with it.
Take that moment to pause and go,
Hmm,
What am I experiencing here?
What is this?
Experience that my system is having see if you can take that moment to witness it and work with it in that way And then gently over time,
Your whole system will remember and you'll live fully embodied.
So if you have.
That capacity just remember every moment we remember is massive we don't have to be perfect but every little moment that we go hmm wait I'm remembering something here.
It's massive.
So if you can do that,
Do that.
And then other words on integration,
Spend time in nature if you can,
However you can,
Even if you're in a city and there's just one tree sticking out of a cement block.
Go to that tree,
Touch that tree.
Or if you do live in nature and you're able to actually put your feet on the earth.
Spend time in nature,
Because even if we're not cognitively aware,
When we're spending time in nature,
That in itself is already attuning our system so much and it does so much work for us.
