Feel free to bring your hands onto your heart or to leave them by the side of the body.
Whatever feels more natural.
Start to bring the awareness back onto your breath.
And remind yourself of the abundance of breath,
Of air that is around you.
The abundance that Mother Nature provides for you and each and every single one of us.
Vital oxygen and air to give us energy to purify us and heal us.
To give us energy to purify us and heal us.
Consider the other gifts that Mother Nature gives to you.
Through food,
Through comforts,
Through beauty.
Remind yourself and feel the memories of joy from Mother Earth that she has given you.
And consider the ways that you give back to Mother Earth.
Whether it be walking instead of using a car.
Whether it's your cautious and conscious of what you eat.
Conscious of your plastic consumption,
Where you shop.
Consider all the ways in which you give back to Mother Earth.
And know that at the moment,
In this moment,
You are doing the best that you can.
We don't need to be perfect.
If we all do one little thing,
It makes a huge difference.
I invite you now to bring your awareness onto your physical body.
And feel back down into the roots that you created at the beginning of practice.
Let your energy and your awareness go beyond the surface layers of the Earth.
Let it take you deeper.
Through the different layers of rock.
As you travel deeper down into the Earth's layers.
To feel the fire at the core.
The heat and the power.
The energy at the core of the world.
Let it remind you of the fire,
The passion and the power inside of you at your core.
Staying here for a few more moments.
Feeling into the light,
The power and strength at the centre of the Earth.
And as you make your way back out,
Up through the layers,
Feel that energy coming up into your body with it.
Back up through the different segments of rock,
Through your roots and into your body.
Let the energy travel up into your heart.
Feel the space and air around you.
Either visualising or if you're outside,
Feeling the winds of the Earth.
Feeling the winds of change at this present moment,
At this current time.
And although some uncertainty lies ahead,
Feel into the knowing that the world is going to be a better place.
And as you make your way back out,
Up through the layers,
Feel the fire and the power at the core.
Bring your hands around.
I invite you to bring your hands onto your heart.
Breathe all of this energy in and out of your heart space.
Knowing that each part of the world,
The fire,
The Earth,
The winds and the water,
Are all connected and all within you.
Feel into your body,
Feel into your space of Earth.
And as we collectively join here,
Breathe into the heart and send the love down all the way through your roots into the Earth.

When we hear ourselves,

Allow them to softly come down and feel into your entire body,

Giving yourself full attention and respect for you to receive the healing,
The love for the world.
Start to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
What you can hear,
What you can smell,
How the body feels,
The lighting behind the eyes.
As we begin to close this celebration,
This healing,

Take a deep breath in.
Sigh the breath out.

Knowing the world always has your back.
