Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Bell Breathing in Two Three Four Five Six Out Two Three Four Five Six Out Two In Two Three Four Five Six Out Two Three Four Five Six And just noticing How your body feels With the breath Noticing if the relaxation That you were inviting into your face Has moved Or if you feel it in more places And if at any point you feel like drifting off Allow yourself to do that Inviting relaxation into the neck Softening the front and the back of the neck The sides of the neck The sides of the neck And sinking into the shoulders Noticing any tightness or tension That might be in the shoulders And giving them permission to soften Seeing if maybe you've been carrying The weight of the world on your shoulders Can you put it down And rest With ease Letting the breath come From the top of the head And with relaxation and ease Letting it flow down The face,

The neck,

And the shoulders And letting it move now Down the length of the arms Just letting them soften Inviting in ease As your awareness comes now into your hands Feeling the front of your hands Feeling the back of your hands Noticing your fingertips And allowing all of your fingers to be heavy And at ease Noticing the palms of your hands And seeing if perhaps You can experience the subtle sensation of energy Flowing between the palms of your hands Maybe tingling or warped And then letting this ease,

This relaxation Come into your chest now Perhaps if it feels comfortable tapping Right,

Left,

Right,

Left on your chest To invite in some expansive openness Or perhaps letting your hands remain where they are Just taking a breath into your chest And letting it fill completely with air And then slowly releasing any tension Or any tightness And then dropping your awareness A layer deeper from your chest into your emotional heart center And inviting in to the center of your body And letting it flow As your awareness comes Into your emotional heart center And inviting in to the surface The essence and truth of who you are A timeless,

Eternal being Of love and light Here to be loved And just letting that flow out of you With your in-breath Filling yourself up with love And with your out-breath releasing And sending it out into each cell of your body And as your cells fill up with this love Allow them to feel even more ease Even more peace Even more relaxation And letting it sweep around from your chest into your back body And come down from the tops of your shoulders All the way down to your sacrum Just letting all the tightness,

Tension,

And clenching Soften as much as they would like Knowing that your body is on your side It is working for you And as you rest,

As you sleep,

It is regenerating It is healing Giving it permission to heal And giving it gratitude For all of the magnificent functions That it is constantly taking care of without any need for a conscious thought Relaxing your entire back body And shifting your awareness back into your torso,

Into your abdomen Noticing if there is any tightness,

Any clenching,

Any heaviness,

Any holding See if perhaps in this moment you can invite in a sense of total relaxation You don't have to protect yourself You don't have to cling on to anything now As you relax into sleep,

Can you allow yourself to open To be cleansed and purified as you rest Trusting in your body's innate healing capacity Drawing this relaxation down into your torso Even further into your glutes and hips and reproductive organs And giving them permission to soften Giving them permission To find ease Noticing where you are making contact with your bed And coming down from your glutes and feeling this relaxation flowing again down from the top of the head All the way through your body And now coming out each of your legs Rippling through every cell in both of your legs Coming down into your ankles and down into your feet Down into your toes And then coming out the bottoms of your feet Just releasing,

Relaxing,

Feeling even more ease Even more peace As you begin to drift off And rest in your true essence of loving awareness I wish you sweet dreams this evening
