I invite you to close your eyes and have a seat or lay down in a position that's comfortable.
And we'll start by taking three deep breaths together in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Breathing deeply in,
Sighing out,
Releasing with the sound,
Letting go.
One more in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just letting your attention stay anchored on the breath or on sound.
Just noticing what's alive.
What do you feel in your body that's real?
And see if when you feel something,
You catch the story that's attached to the feeling.
And then ask yourself,
Is this true?
Can I know this is true?
And then go back to just feeling it,
Experiencing it.
And letting it go,
Hearing the sounds,
Feeling your breath.
Breathing deeply in,

Releasing with the sound.

The place where your light originates from which it emanates.
Perhaps bringing your hand to your heart.
And just feeling the love,
The light,
The goodness that you are.
When you let go of the stories of all the ways you are not perfect or not good enough.
You can easily find yourself back in this place of your goodness.
Your light.
Just give yourself permission to share it.

To let it shine.
Into the dark world.
Illuminating those you see and bringing them into the light as well.

We're all just walking each other home in this path of having more awareness.
Remembering the parts of ourselves that we lost through the conditioning of our families and societies.
We're putting back together the pieces of us that were scattered through all of the years of trying to be who we were supposed to be and all the masks we had to keep wearing.
We're coming back home to our true nature.
To the love that's who we truly are.
