Bringing one hand to your belly and one hand to your heart as we do the practice of head to heart space breathing together.

Creating coherence individually between our heads and our hearts and collectively.

Feeling the hand on your belly as it rises and as it falls.

Breathing in,

Aware that you're breathing in.

Breathing out,

Aware that you're breathing out.

Count rhythmically in and out for five.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Just simply being aware of the breath.

Breathing out together.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Out two,

Three,

Five.

In two,

Feeling yourself filling up.

Out,

Letting the breath flow through you.

Aware of your body and now aware of your heart.

Bringing one hand up to your heart.

If it's not there already.

Breathing in and out deeply from your heart space.

Connecting to your natural goodness.

Connecting in to the true nature beyond all of the stories and the judgments.

Beyond all the things that you think make up who you are.

Touching in to your heart space and feeling the goodness that's really here.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in a sense of gratitude that you can feel this goodness in your heart.

And as you breathe out,

Breathe out that gratitude so that it ripples out into the world.

Where others may know the same feeling.

This remembrance of the goodness that they are.

Breathe rhythmically together in and out for five.

Focusing on goodness.

Focusing on gratitude.

So breathing out and letting go.

Making a sound to get started.

Breathing in two,

Filling up with goodness and gratitude.

Letting it flow through every cell.

Feeling the goodness and gratitude in the heart space.

Noticing how you feel now after this time of dropping out of your head into your body and into the heart space.

Sending the gratitude you've been cultivating out into the world now.

May we all know ourselves as beings of love.

May we remember our true nature.

May we gather through eyes of love.

And when you're ready you can begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

You roll your shoulders.

And when you're ready you can softly blink your eyes open.
