This meditation may help in the management of chronic pain. Once you are in a position of your choice it takes you to your breath before taking your focus to the area of the pain. By focussing on the area, we may find that the pain moves or 'hides', the process is repeated to the new area of sensation. If you feel that the focus is too much, you can always just let go of the focus and stop the meditation.
