This practice is designed to help you integrate and heal your divine feminine and masculine energies. This practice incoporates the E3 breathing method, which stands for extension, elongation and expansion. This sets yourself up for being completely open.

Hello and welcome to this practice that has been designed to help you integrate and instantly heal your divine feminine and divine masculine energies.
In this meditation we're going to be practicing the E3 breathing technique.
If you have yet to listen to the instructional video that has been posted before this audio,
Hit pause now and tune into that first so that you know the position in which you should be laying down and so that you can also practice the breathing technique.
Otherwise know that E3 breathing stands for extension,
Elongation,
And expansion.
Before you begin and if you wish you may take off your top so that you may lay down bare.
This is for the intention of creating more openness,
More vulnerability.
As we dive into this work,
Being completely open is a requirement.
This is however optional.
So decide now whether or not you wish to remove your top and get into position.
Laying with your face up,
Arms spread out,
Legs spread wide,
And with your eyes closed so that you're laying on your bed like a five-pointed star,
Making sure to have the pillows underneath you for support,
Making sure that your neck is supported,
As well as your spine is aligned with its curvature.
This is a different way of lying down where you are experiencing yourself fully open.
So go ahead and drop yourself down even more and release yourself into the cushion.
And take a moment now to surrender into the pillow and the bed and feel for the great support of the bed surface.
Go ahead and take your first E3 breath.
So you're going to inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Once you get to the top,
Inhale twice again,
Sipping in just a little bit more air.
Hold the breath at the top.
Hold it,
Hold it,
Hold it.
And exhale.
Ah,
Good.
Once again,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Inhale,
Inhale.
Remember that you are mostly energy.
And so with this breath,
We are expanding the fascia and all of the organs,
Allowing the breath to penetrate and heal.
And release.
Once again,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Inhale,
Inhale.
Bring your awareness into your uterus and your sexual organs,
Tuning into your sexual energy now.
And exhale.
Ah,
Good.
Once again,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Holding at the top,
Expanding your breath outward.
Good.
And exhale.
Once again,
Bringing your awareness into your sexual organs,
Into your sexual energy.
Once again,
Inhaling deep and holding the breath.
Good.
Now let it all go.
Ah,
Releasing.
Allow yourself to make noise on the exhale.
Just surrender fully.
So lay there now and allow your breath to fall into its normal rhythm.
And notice how this breathing technique brought you into the present moment,
Where you feel lighter and more peaceful.
Remember that you get to command your energy.
Take this newfound present awareness and begin to scan your body.
Breathing long and deep now.
As you do the scan,
Notice how do my feet feel?
Bring your awareness down to the base.
How do my ankles feel?
How do my calves feel?
How do my knees feel?
And just notice what comes up for you.
There is a lot of energy in your body.
There is no right or wrong answer,
So just allow yourself to be the witness and to be curious.
How do my thighs feel?
Am I holding any tension or emotions in my body at this time?
Now bring your awareness to your groin area.
And take your hands and put your hands in this area.
Feel free to gently massage your thighs and your groin.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Inhale,
Inhale.
Breathe into your inner thigh now and release,
Instantly sending healing to your low lower organs,
Your sexual organs,
And your pubic area.
Wherever your attention goes,
Your energy flows,
So allow yourself to feel the expansion and the openness as you command your energy and heal yourself.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Breathe into your inner thigh now and release,
Instantly sending healing to your low lower organs.
Inhale,
Inhale.
Once again.
You are the observer and the witness,
Experiencing yourself.
There is nothing that has to change.
We are merely expanding,
Feeling,
And being.
Immerse yourself in the abundance of energy that you are and let go of any titles,
Goals,
And challenges.
Just release.
Just release.
Good.
And move your awareness to your hips now,
Into your lower back and spine,
And notice how they feel.
Breathe into them.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Inhale,
Inhale.
Expanding yourself almost as if you can't hold any more breath.
And release.
Good.
Now bring your attention up to the lower back and notice how your adrenals feel.
Is there anything that you are currently afraid of?
What is it that I'm scared of?
Ask yourself this and breathe into the fear.
And breathe into the fear.
Are you afraid of the future?
Are you afraid of money?
Am I holding on to my insecurity?
Move that energy now through the breath.
Allow yourself to be a flowing river of emotion.
And now bring your arms up to your chest.
And begin to massage your breasts,
Creating circles around them.
Get to know your breasts,
Massaging them in a circular motion,
And checking in with them.
Are you holding any emotions in your breasts?
Ask yourself,
Am I carrying any resentment,
Hate,
Frustration in my chest,
In my heart?
Breathing in.
Breathing in.
Do I like my breasts or do I judge them?
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Releasing any judgment now on the exhale and loving your breasts.
Good.
Feeling gratitude for your body,
Feeling grateful to your womanhood,
Your breasts make milk.
Feel grateful for your body's abilities and decide to celebrate you and all of your feminine parts right now.
Continue to do this as you feel love for yourself.
Just sense into that love now.
Spend the next few moments within your bliss.
Ask yourself,
How do I feel as I touch myself?
Am I able to be intimate and feel myself or does my mind veer and go somewhere else?
Breathe and expand even more now.
And be the witness of all of it.
Taking a moment to reflect on any hurt that you're holding onto from the past.
Is there anything that you're personally carrying in this moment?
Do you feel space holding energy with your partner?
Or do you feel a need to protect yourself?
Are there any unprocessed emotions?
Is there any heaviness living within me?
Is there any heaviness living within me?
Continue to massage your breasts and notice what arises.
Now take a few moments.
Continue breathing into,
Releasing any tension through the exhale.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Inhale,
Inhale.
Hold and release.
Yourself,
Am I hurting from my father?
Is there anything that he did or didn't do?
This can be your biological father,
Your stepfather,
Or your primary male caretaker,
Whoever that is,
Whoever your father figure was.
Is there anything that I took personally or that I made up a story about?
Deep inhale.
Now exhale and then let it all go.
Of all the stories that cause you to feel less than and unworthy,
Let it all go.
Just open your mouth now and let it out,
Allowing the breath to carry out this energetic release.
Continue massaging your body,
Inhaling deep.
Good.
Dad,
Father,
Is there anything that I'm still holding on to?
Let it out.
Did I feel respected?
Did I feel honored and loved by my father?
Or did I learn to be quiet and to let men be bullies,
To let men overpower me?
Inhaling deep.
Inhaling deep.
I decide to set myself free from my past right now.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Inhale,
Inhale.
I decide to be free myself of my past and of my story.
I decide to be free.
How would I like to feel about my past?
About what my father means to me?
How would I like to feel about men?
For example,
Do you want to feel compassionate,
Accepting,
Forgiving?
This is your opportunity now.
Breathing in.
What if I could just accept that my parents are perfect for me and instead say,
What did I learn from my father being like that?
What did I,
What did it teach me?
How can I grow from it?
How can I grow from my experience of him?
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
And release.
And as you release now,
Allow yourself to see your father walking away as you send him so much love and acceptance.
And as he disappears,
Witness your mother appear.
Your mother,
Your primary caretaker,
Your stepmom,
Your grandmother,
Your aunt,
Whoever that representation was for you.
And breathe into her existence now.
How do I feel about the way I was treated by my mother?
What stories did I make up about the feminine taking care of me?
How do I feel about my mom?
Am I holding on to pain of the past?
Mom,
Was mom emotionally available?
Did she accept me?
Criticize me?
Or did she want me to be more?
Did she project her fear onto me?
Or did I feel free?
Did I feel like I was in a bad mood?
Did I feel like I was in a bad mood?
Did she project her fear onto me?
Or did I feel free?
Did I feel free to be myself?
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
When it comes to mom,
Did I feel resentful or bitter about anything?
How do I feel about her now?
If there is any hurt or resentment,
Breathe deep into it.
Ah,
Yeah.
And from some of us,
Maybe our mom is not here anymore.
Do I miss my mom?
Does missing her weigh me down?
Or do I feel her spirit alive in me?
Alive in me?
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Is there anything that I'm still holding on from the past?
Is there anything that is holding me down?
Was I jealous that my mother paid more attention to one of my siblings?
Did I wish that I could have had a closer relationship to her?
Is there a yearning?
Something that I wanted more from my mom?
Was she hard on me?
Take a deep breath in as you look into your mother's eyes and realize that she was the perfect mother for you.
What did I learn from my mother,
Being exactly as she is and was?
What gifts did my mother offer me?
What did I learn from my mom?
And are you ready,
Willing,
And able to feel loving and compassionate to your mom?
Or you're just going to decide to be grateful to all the gifts that she brings into your life?
I love you,
Mom.
I love you,
Dad.
Thank you for caring for me for all those months.
Thank you for holding me in your body.
Thank you for giving me life.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
Feeling so much gratitude for your life and for your parents,
Completely accepting the past now.
Am I willing today to have the highest level of peace and acceptance about my childhood?

Feeling so at peace,

Breathe as if you only have a lung on the right side of your body.
Breathe into the masculine side,
Expanding it now fully,
Expanding the right lung,
The right arm,
The right shoulder,
And the right breast.
Breathing in and expanding,
Opening your arms now as you expand so that you are a star once again.
And as you inhale into the right,
Exhale into the left side of your body,
Exhale into the feminine.
Your right side gets to share with the feminine,
Expanding on the right,
Inhaling on the right,
And then exhale to the left,
Allowing yourself to feel the circular connection between the masculine and the feminine in your right now.
Good.
Perhaps this is something that you thought would take so much time to get into balance with yourself,
But you are now doing it metaphorically.
Right now,
In this present time,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Again,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Good.
Keep breathing.
Ah.
With each inhale and exhale,
Allowing the balance to happen simultaneously.
Now compare the right and the left side.
Are there any differences?
Nothing is better or worse.
Just notice which one feels better,
Or if there is one that feels lighter.
No judgment.
Just observe.

Inhale.
Ah.
Declare now,
I decide to be balanced between my feminine and masculine.
I decide to be balanced in my yin and yang.
Ah.
As you do this,
Notice your alignment come into balance.
Your energy body,
Your mind and spirit aligned with your intention.
Notice the boundaries of you,
Where you are in relation to the space around you.
Notice the air as it touches your skin,
Sensing the dilation and delineation of your body.
Focus on your space and feel yourself having awesome boundaries.
Ah.
This is my space right now.
This is how I feel.
This is me.
This is what I am creating right now.
I am here.
I am here.

Imagine yourself in a situation where in the past,
You may have felt that you did not have healthy boundaries.
Where a certain person was perhaps feeling a certain way,
And you allowed yourself to become that.
Imagine yourself in a moment where you felt confused or unclear in reference to yourself and that relationship.

Inhale,
Inhale.
And imagine yourself having a clearly defined space around you now.
A space of you where you feel safe and supported,
And it is easy for you to navigate and feel where you are.
Ah,
Yes.
Witness yourself witnessing everyone else.
Anyone else can be going through their own drama,
But you accept people because you know where they are at,
And you trust that everything is unfolding the way it should be.
And you just get to bear witness to the experience.
Nothing is ever wrong or bad or about you.
Everything is always perfect.
And where once you were perhaps an empath and you absorbed other people's energies and felt drained,
Today from now on you get to feel supported by you.

Inhale.
What would it mean if my life were so light and clear regardless of what was going on around me?
Take a moment to put your right hand over your heart and left hand away from your heart,
Stretched wide,
And breathe into your heart,
Expanding it even more now.
Everything that you currently are is exactly enough and perfect and exactly what the world needs.
Understanding your soul mission that you hold in your heart and remember the value that you bring.

Feeling so worthy and so grateful for who you are.
Remember the value that you bring into the world by just being you.
Ask your heart now,
Is there anything that you want me to know?
What would I like to strengthen in my own relationship to myself?
You are energy and you can choose to shift instantly.
You are dynamic and powerful.
You are the whole universe and you are being called to step into your power and own it.

Continue to call in your own energy through the breath.
