Take a short break to meditate in the middle of a busy day. Reset yourself into the present moment and overcome overwhelm. Remind yourself to be in the here and now completely, and let go of anything else. Resetting often lets you flow back into work with a refreshed mind and renewed energy.

Now just for a few moments,

Stop doing anything that you're doing.

You can afford to take a tiny little break,

Just your own.

Keep whatever you're doing aside.

Just sit back.

Relax into your seat.

Place your palms on your lap,

Facing upwards.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Gently let your eyes close.

Now breathe,

Just focus on your breath as it goes in and out.

Take a deep breath in.

Fill your lungs completely.

Hold.

Now exhale completely,

Slowly and gently.

Now one more time.

Breathe in slowly and deeply.

Fill yourself up with this beautiful energy,

The life-giving energy of your breath.

Hold for a moment.

And breathe out slowly and gently and completely.

Now just relax and allow your breath to become natural.

Now repeat after me in your mind.

Right now,

In this moment,

I don't have to do anything.

There's nothing to do in this moment.

There's nowhere to go.

I don't need to go anywhere.

There's nothing to do.

There's nowhere to go.

Here and now is all I need to be.

I just need to be here and now.

Just being myself in this present moment.

Now feel as your entire body completely relaxes into this feeling.

Go inwards.

Just watch yourself being right here in the present moment.

With nothing to do,

Nowhere to go.

No burdens,

No responsibilities.

No one needs you.

You only need to be yourself,

Relaxed in the here and the now.

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe out with the sigh and let anything that's holding you just go and drop it.

Relax more and more.

Just enjoy this moment.

Enjoy this feeling of just allowing yourself to be.

You can sit here as long as you like and whenever you're ready,

You can rub your palms.

Place them over your eyes and your face.

Feel the warmth.

Gently rub your eyelids very very gently and slowly open your eyes.
