Transcript

Sit or lie down in a comfortable and supported way with the spine in neutral alignment.

Soften the gaze or close the eyes.

And breathe in and out of the nose using your belly breath or your long deep breath.

As you breathe,

In your mind's eye visualize a clear blue sky.

Now as you remain in the visualization,

As a thought arises,

Let it become a cloud and float away.

Continue to remain fixed in the blue sky,

Allowing any thoughts to come and go as clouds.

If there are no thoughts,

Just stay in the clear blue sky.

Remain fixed as the blue sky.

Thoughts arise and they float by like clouds.

Doing your best to not attach yourself to any which cloud.

The thoughts,

They simply float by.

So being full of thoughts and Commander through thersa rays you may haveknown.

Remain fixed in the visualization.

The thought arises and let it become a cloud and float by.

The question about the user experience remains lose.

And slowly,

Bringing your attention back to the breath.

Feel the breath come and go.

Deepen the inhale and equally lengthen the exhale.

Feel yourself breathing.

Feel yourself in your body.

See air on the skin.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
