Timeline Healing - Future: Opening to Your Sacred Destiny

This healing session works with higher light and a healing guide to support you in healing, clearing and activating a new perspective of your future. This involves initially meeting what is holding you back, specifically any feelings of anxiety, doubt about what is possible for you, lack of self belief, fears of the collective future, glass ceilings of your potential - which can act as a heavy weight preventing new positive expansive experiences. The session then moves into aligning with your sacred destiny to synchronize with your optimum future timeline, opening the doorways to synchronicity, miracles, magic. Namaste.

Your story is sacred.

Your timeline represents your journey from your past through your present and into your future.

Your future carries all of the possibilities ahead of you.

What is possible for you?

How can you open up and align yourself to experience even more?

Your future is determined by how you see yourself in the present and how you feel about your own past.

Your future is dependent upon how you perceive reality itself.

Drop into this journey to open up to new possibilities,

To free yourself into your limitless future and align with your sacred destiny.

Let us begin.

I'd like you to take awareness to your breath and as you take a deep,

Deep inhale,

Breathing out slowly and using your breath as a way to bring your presence to this moment.

Deep,

Deep breath in,

Breathing out,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Just slowly beginning to detach from whatever it was you were doing prior to this session,

Bringing your awareness to that experience which in turn allows it to surrender.

Bring awareness to your thoughts as clouds across your inner sky.

There is no need to clear your mind,

Just being aware of what is occurring in this moment.

Breathing in to the center of your chest as you visualize a beautiful ball of radiant light.

With your intention,

This ball of light begins to spread,

Golden light spreading across your chest,

Moving up and down your body as you center from the heart for this experience.

With your next breath,

Breathing down into Mother Earth and as you meet the Earth,

Recognizing you are meeting Gaia on a spiritual level,

An intimate level.

And with your next breath,

Breathing up from the Earth into your body,

Breathing directly into the root chakra at the base of your spine,

Visualizing it glowing,

Growing and expanding.

Moving up to your sacral chakra with your next breath,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glowing,

Growing,

Expanding.

Moving up to your solar plexus,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glowing,

Growing,

Expanding.

Moving up to your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glowing,

Growing,

Expanding.

Moving up to your throat chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glowing,

Growing and expanding.

Moving up to your third eye chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glowing,

Growing and expanding.

And moving up to your crown chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glowing,

Growing and expanding.

Visualizing a ball of light just above your crown chakra,

Your soul star chakra,

Connected to universal consciousness,

Divine light,

As it begins to pour sacred,

Pure light down through your chakras one by one,

Filling up your energy body,

Filling up your body with divine light,

Traveling all the way through,

Down,

Through the root chakra,

Into the Earth,

Taking a deep,

Deep breath in and a deep,

Deep breath out,

As you honor this beautiful,

Open connection you have.

I'd like you to now take your awareness to the inner planes,

And here,

Looking down upon your feet,

You feel your feet upon the grass,

And around you,

Pillars of light begin to materialize,

Reaching up into the heavens,

As you honor this sacred temple,

This sacred inner space.

Here we call upon your timeline,

As a beautiful,

Golden river of light materializes,

Hovering above the ground.

This river of light carries all of your experiences,

From the past,

The present,

And your future.

As you peer into the distance,

You are looking into your future timeline.

There are many beautiful lanterns along this path,

Representing pivotal points in your sacred destiny.

You notice that the timeline is subtly shifting.

It seems to be continuously moving.

Take a moment to marvel at the potential that lays ahead of you.

Here,

We invite in a guide to support with this healing and awakening.

A beautiful presence begins to glow and grow and approach you.

This loving guide emanates and embodies the frequencies of ascended compassion.

As they approach you,

You sense the depth of loving awareness,

Kindness,

And wisdom that they have towards you.

A gentle shimmer of light begins to descend as we call in the supreme loving presence of divine compassion,

Here creating a sacred space to bring the parts within that are seeking and yearning the light of your consciousness and the love of sacred compassion.

In this moment,

We call upon any feelings that may be within,

Carrying any frequency of anxiety or worry about your future.

Perhaps there are doubts,

Concerns about where your future is heading.

Perhaps there are worries,

Fears,

And doubts related to the collective future.

Just allowing these feelings,

Ideas to emerge into the sacred space of loving acceptance.

There is no need to change or fix these parts.

They are welcomed in as they are,

Giving them space to breathe as you take a deep,

Deep breath in and breathing out.

The parts are seeking to be blessed in this way.

Perhaps you feel a lack of self-belief about yourself and your future,

About what is possible for you,

Allowing them to come to the surface,

To be blessed,

To be held,

Taking a deep breath in to deep breath out.

As we tune into your soul,

We ask for any other feelings,

Ideas,

Beliefs that are ready to be embraced,

Related to your future,

To emerge to the surface,

Feeling the sacred light descend,

Blessing all.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

We call upon the crystal clear frequency of higher consciousness to descend with purification and as it falls,

This gentle,

Subtle,

Crystallizing light offers the space of release as we call upon all beliefs,

Ideas,

Feelings that are ready to be released,

Related to your future,

To be surrendered,

Doing so with loving gratitude for their teaching as you take a deep,

Deep breath in,

Letting go with your exhale,

Giving yourself permission to surrender.

Deep,

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out,

Releasing.

Deep,

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out,

Letting go,

Allowing the crystal light to liberate you,

Purify.

Here,

Your guide begins to approach a little closer as we call upon the divine source to descend with golden,

Luminous light as a higher light begins to descend,

Carrying with it the awakening frequencies of your sacred destiny.

As the energy begins to change,

You feel the innate sense of possibility brimming within you.

We call upon your sacred destiny as another river of light begins to materialize,

Hovering above your timeline.

This is your sacred destiny,

Brimming with possibility.

It is joyful,

Alive,

And has no limits upon it.

Streams of light begin to descend from your sacred destiny to fall upon your timeline as it makes subtle shifts to your trajectory.

Allow this to continue as you turn your attention towards yourself.

As you look above,

You notice that your sacred destiny is also above you.

It is streaming mystical light directly over you,

Downloading you with new insights,

Possibilities,

Ideas,

Wisdoms to shift your present consciousness,

Which will in turn shift your future,

Beginning to open up to your future in new ways,

Beginning to feel what is possible for you.

As you look ahead,

You see the outline of future timelines,

Your potentials,

As your own timeline begins to align with the most optimum frequency that served your higher will.

Doorways begin to open,

Synchronicities,

Possibilities,

Connections.

New lanterns begin to materialize as new anchor points in your future open up,

Being open to attract new possibilities.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

Here we offer gratitude to all of the blessings yet to come,

Trusting in your future,

Trusting in divine will,

Trusting in the divine plan,

Trusting in your sacred destiny.

Here beginning to tune into appreciation as you bring your awareness into your present,

Taking one hand to place upon your heart chakra.

With your next breath,

Breathing in your presence into the present and breathing out blessings into your future.

Breathing in your presence into the present,

Breathing out appreciation for your past,

Breathing in your presence into the present,

Breathing out gratitude for your present,

Feeling the joyful,

Optimistic possibilities about your future and surrendering all of these to source as you surrender to living in the mystery,

Not needing to know what you don't know,

Surrendering to the unknowingness,

Trusting you'll be shown what you need to know with each step along your path.

Bringing your awareness back into your body with each breath as you feel your body with your hand upon your heart chakra,

Breathing in and closing down all chakras to a manageable size,

Breathing out,

Breathing in and down through your root chakra,

Breathing out,

Feeling that connection to mother earth,

Breathing up from mother earth into your body,

Breathing outwards,

Feeling rooted,

Anchored,

Held,

Taking your awareness to great oak tree,

Sensing its roots traveling into the earth as you mirror that within your own consciousness,

Rooting into the earth,

Feeling present as you bring your awareness,

Your consciousness here and smiling into your future.

Your future may ask you to rise up to meet its possibilities through changes in your life,

Actions to take,

Knowing you're already open,

Joyful and present,

Offering gratitude to great spirits,

Mother earth and all those supporting,

Blessing you on your journey.
