Let us begin with the breath.

Bring presence with your breath to all parts of your body.

Breathing out.
Each breath bringing you into this moment.
Detaching from whatever it was you were doing prior to this moment.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
And taking awareness to Mother Earth beneath you.
Visualising,
Intending,
Roots travelling down into the Earth from your feet.
Feeling connected to the Earth.
And as you breathe in,
Breathing up from Mother Earth,
Drawing up a pillar of light through your chakra system.
Through your root chakra,
The base of your spine.
Your sacral.
Your solar plexus.
Heart chakra.
Throat chakra.
Third eye chakra.
And your crown at the top of your head.
Just honouring this pillar of light.
This opening of your chakra system.
And taking awareness to a ball of light just above your crown,
Representing Source Consciousness.
As white divine light pours down through your crown,
All the way down through your chakras.
Completing this connection.
Above and below.
Heaven and Earth.
And here we use our intention to connect to the inner planes.
Feeling yourself journey inwards.
To the inner dimensions.
To a sacred field within you.
This is an intimate,

As you look down upon the grass in this field,
Bring your awareness,
Your presence into this inner plane.

You see a beautiful ball of orange light hovering above the grass.
Here we invite your beautiful sacral chakra.
Your sacral chakra before you is a symbolic expression of your sacral chakra within you.
We call upon four pillars of light to surround your sacral chakra.
Creating a temple for your sacral.
Here spending a moment to meet your sacral chakra in this mystical form.
And recognize it is part of the mystical network within you.
This beautiful chakra represents an arena of your consciousness,
Governing many elements and aspects within you.
Your sacral here is working with you.
For you.
Representing you.
Sensing its joy in being recognized by you in this moment.
It is an aspect of your own consciousness,
Yet individual in its own right.
And here also honoring the mystery,
There is much that we do not understand about this beautiful chakra and all chakras.
Here we call upon divine compassion to enter this space as shimmers of sacred light begin to gently fall all around you,
Upon you and upon your sacral chakra.
As this divine compassion,
Nurturing,
Loving light,
Loving presence,
Showers you,
Falls all around you.
Now connecting with the human aspects of what you are currently experiencing related to your sacral consciousness.
Here we meet and allow the conscious and unconscious elements as they arise and become receptive to the healing energies present.
As we turn our awareness towards relationships,
What is your current relationship with yourself?
Not allowing any thoughts,
Emotions to arise consciously and unconsciously.
Are you taking care of yourself?
Honoring yourself?
What is your relationship with others during this time?
Family,
Friends,
The world.
Knowing that what needs to arise is energetically coming to the surface as we call upon them.
What areas are seeking release?
What areas are seeking insight?
What areas are seeking healing?
As we move on to trust,
What is your relationship with trust during this time?
Do you feel you trust yourself?
Do you trust the universe?
Do you trust others?
Again there is no judgement here,
Just allowing what is genuine to arise.
As we move on to emotions,
Are there certain emotions that keep emerging during this time?
What emotions are blocked?
What emotions are calling for attention?
As we move on to your sexual life force energy,
How connected do you feel to your innocent sexual life force?
As we move on to creativity,
How creative do you feel during this time?
How in tune with your creative expression are you feeling?
As we move on to soul purpose,
What is your relationship with your life purpose?
Is there any feelings of confusion around this area?
Do you feel fulfilled?
Do you wish for more clarity?
Do you allow pleasure and joy into your life?
Do you feel guilty for enjoying yourself?
What is your relationship with your worth,
Your value,
Your connection with who you are as a beautiful being?
We now bathe all these areas within related to the sacral chakra that may be feeling any lack in security,
Incompleteness with divine compassion.
Allow them to know it is okay,
They are also serving a purpose and bringing awareness to these areas.
Bathing them in non-judgment,
Acceptance and sacred love.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
We now call upon a gentle shimmer of crystal clear divine light to begin to fall upon your sacral chakra,
Upon you,
Around you.
We ask to cleanse and release any energies within the sacral that are ready to be released.
Breathing in this crystal clear energy to purify,
Cleanse and bathe your sacral chakra.
Breathing in healing light into your sacral within you.
Breathing out and releasing.
Witnessing your sacral chakra before you in its manifested form,
Receiving this cleansing light.
Purifying,
Glowing,
Radiating.
Breathing in,
Receiving.
Breathing out,
Releasing.
And you may wish to repeat these affirmations or allow them to be heard on an inner level.
I release limiting patterns and beliefs within my sacral chakra.

Bitter and lighter,
Yet stronger.
We now call upon the higher healing light.
As we call upon the evolved frequencies of sacral consciousness that are available during this time,
Here a ray of brilliant light cascades down.
Building this purity into your sacral and witnessing the sacral before you being blessed.
As new ideologies of passion,
Higher purpose,
Relationships,
Emotions,
Sexuality,
Trust,
Believing,
Self-care and creativity is anchored within your field and downloaded into your sacral chakra.
Feeling it fill your sacral as an orange sun of brilliant light,
Joyful and present.
Here repeating these affirmations if you wish,
