Meeting Your Past Self

This is a meditation journey to meet your past self. There is great healing that can happen when we direct conscious loving energy towards our past. By bringing them here, now, we allow them to receive from the one who knows them intimately. Consequently, we change in the present as our perceptions of the past elevate. Enjoy.

Transcript

And making yourself comfortable.

I'd like you to take your awareness to your body,

And using your breath,

Activate your awareness by flowing this breath through your being.

Your breath acting as an awakening force,

Dishonouring it in this moment for what your breath gives you.

The air,

Prana,

Life force,

And as you breathe expanding your body,

Breathing out,

Exhaling.

I'd like you to breathe down into Mother Earth,

And as you breathe up,

Drawing up the guys energy into your body.

Just feeling,

Sensing each of your chakras opening up one by one,

Opening up as flowers,

Flowering open from the root,

Moving up,

Naturally,

All the way up through the sacral solar plexus,

Heart,

Throat,

Third eye,

Crown,

Feeling this column of light within you,

Taking awareness to a ball of light just above your crown,

To invite divine consciousness,

Divine light down into our field.

Feeling this connection above and below.

Imagine to your consciousness.

And here I'd like you to imagine a beautiful field,

With grass beneath your feet,

Feeling the warm air.

And as you look up into the sky,

You see it merging between daylight into the cosmos,

Feeling a magical sight of stars above,

The universe.

Bring your awareness back to this field,

Just feel yourself connecting with your heart again in this place,

Connecting to your soul,

As we call in your higher self,

Your higher presence,

This eternal aspect of you,

Into this space to oversee and direct this healing.

Taking each step along this grass,

Across this field.

As you look up into the skies again,

You notice a beautiful holographic grid of light,

As we honour the planetary light grids,

And here a gentle shimmer of white light falls from this grid,

As it lands upon your body,

On your field,

Feeling it soothing any remaining tensions you may have,

Any anxieties,

And simply opening you up to be receptive.

Taking a deep breath in,

And deep breath out,

Just inviting this healing light into your being.

Continuing to walk across this field,

Ahead of you,

You notice an archway,

Made out of flowers,

Of bushes,

Of wildlife,

And through this archway is a secret garden,

Your secret garden.

This is a safe,

Special place,

Sacred to yourself.

And as you walk through,

You look around,

You see an abundance of light,

Of life,

Of wildlife,

Of flora.

Just walking through this garden,

Acclimatising yourself to this space,

Carries an energy of innocence.

And as you walk towards a clearing in the garden,

Here we ask to connect to your timeline,

Your sacred timeline.

We connect with your higher self,

And your soul.

We ask to connect to a time in your life,

Where your past self is seeking healing,

Seeking your attention,

Seeking your awareness.

And in this moment,

Tuning into a time in your life,

Where you want to give yourself healing in the past.

Trust in what is being shown to you.

Maybe a time when you were a child or a teenager,

Maybe recent.

And ahead of you,

Another beautiful archway materialises.

This archway is filled with brilliant white light.

As we connect with your higher self and your timeline,

The figure appears at the doorway.

Before this figure even materialises,

You sense a very deep connection with them.

Here the younger version of yourself steps through.

Notice their age,

Their appearance.

Maybe from the recent past,

Or from your distant past.

Maybe they seem a bit different to how you remember yourself.

As soon as you see them,

You feel an overwhelming sense of love and nurturing compassion.

There is an overflowing of love for this younger version of yourself,

For this version of yourself,

This it is you.

You understand what they are experiencing.

What is happening for them?

This younger version of you sees you and instinctively moves closer.

Any anxieties they are feeling already begin to melt at your presence.

They do not fully understand who you are in this moment,

Yet they feel an instant sense of safety and support.

From their perspective,

You carry a great sense of empowerment and strength.

As you approach them,

You take their hands into yours and gently inform them who you are,

Letting them know that you are here for them.

As this is occurring,

Four pillars of brilliant light materialize around you,

Creating a beautiful etheric temple for this meeting.

You know at this point in your past,

Your younger self is in need of healing,

Love,

Care,

Support,

Validation.

Your heart chakra naturally opens and a stream of golden unconditional love begins to flow from you towards your younger self.

This stream of light connects you both across time.

And here you walk towards them to give them a deeper embrace.

As your hearts meet and merge,

This golden light carries with it an alchemical reaction,

Growing,

Expanding,

Connecting across time.

As you telepathically speak to this younger part of yourself,

You inform them that you are here for them.

You understand any challenges and difficulties that they are experiencing,

As being part of a greater design.

Right now they need your strength and compassion and knowingness to comfort them.

This naturally builds their own strength and knowingness and compassion for themselves.

As this continues to occur,

You sense a great source of golden light birthing within you.

As you know,

You are accessing and allowing a part of you to be integrated in this moment.

As you gently step back from one another,

Your eyes meet and you begin to connect on an even deeper level,

On a soul level,

Your one soul,

Communicating across time.

From your third eye,

A stream of beautiful interweaving lights flow into theirs.

This is a transmission of higher knowledge,

Knowledge from this time in your life,

Travelling to them to be received in their time,

Which is higher knowledge,

Or this younger version of yourself.

As they receive this subconsciously,

Unconsciously,

Multidimensionally,

It awakens within you this moment.

More faith in yourself,

More trust in yourself,

More confidence in yourself,

More knowingness with where you are at in your life.

From your younger self's perspective,

You are a higher guide,

Here to support them at this point in their journey.

As you honour this perspective,

Appreciating who you have become in this moment,

The current marriage,

The experiences,

The awakenings,

The realisations.

Taking a deep breath in and deep breath out,

As this stream of light begins to dissolve between your third eyes,

Still feeling that heart connection,

As you look upon the eyes of your younger self,

You see a mystical and deep presence of light returning in their eyes.

On an inner level,

They have received something incredibly important.

It has changed them.

They are taking this back with them.

Honouring what you are doing in this moment is service.

Service to your past self.

This is a gift you are offering across time.

As they look upon you,

They radiate a smile and you feel they know deep down they are not alone in this moment.

There is a knowingness growing within,

This powerful realisation within them is being absorbed by every aspect of their consciousness.

Light begins to fall from above,

White light softly as snowflakes,

As you receive a blessing from the universe.

This white light integrates,

Unifies and embodies this connection.

As you both open up to receive the Divine,

The Divine's hand working with you in your life unseen through every moment.

Your younger self now knows it's time.

It says farewell and as you watch them walk back towards the archway,

You sense the difference in their energy.

Feeling that parental love you have towards this younger version of yourself.

As you know something has changed.

As they walk through,

The archway gently dissolves and you begin your journey back through your sacred garden.

As you take each step you know something has changed within you,

There has been a meeting,

Your reality has changed,

Your perspectives have changed.

You are now engaging in a new timeline of your reality,

As you have allowed yourself to receive in the past.

You have allowed yourself to see your past in a deeper way.

As you walk back out of the garden onto the field,

Each step you take connecting with the grass and feeling the lightness within,

The lightness around,

The possibility,

The potential of your life without the boundaries of who you may think you have been,

Of what you may believe you have experienced in the way that you have experienced.

Honor this incredible opportunity during this time for limitless expansion with this very concept.

As you take each step along the grass,

Taking deep breaths in and out into your body and as you do bringing yourself back into your physical body,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Placing one hand upon your heart center in the middle of your chest and here connecting to the timeless part of you,

That you have just connected with.

Feeling this energy of self-love,

Reconnecting to your spirit,

Reconnecting to more of you.

Bringing all chakras into manageable size and connecting with Mother Earth,

Feeling your roots connecting down into the earth,

Grounding into this reality,

Yet honoring it is a new reality.

In this moment offering gratitude to your present,

To who you are in this moment,

Rippling this energy of self-love out into your world and inward.

Placings on your journey.
