Your divine I AM essence feeling a physical body relaxing and throughout this experience just allowing yourself to experience what is needed allowing your mind to journey in its own way as you work on a soul level for your healing,

Connection taking awareness to four angelic guides standing around you,

Golden crystalline grid protecting,

Holding space,

Permeates through your physical body moving through the meridian lines beginning to move and displace denser energies and asking the first layer to very gently move through the physical body beginning to awaken the organs the cells DNA bring this purifying light into your bloodstream down into your bones allowing this to enter every molecule particle this magnificent healing energy taking deep carrying the consciousness of unity the vibration of unconditional love compassion beyond the game of duality as we call upon this magnificent layer to travel down through the dimensions through the atmosphere to hover just above your physical body feeling the pulses of light or colour from the second layer as they begin to spiral down various hues and colours rippling along your physical body as the second layer brings the deep love of source the compassion meeting every element within you all of your experiences with divine compassion understanding nurturing comfort as we call in your soul family into this healing space beginning to feel their warmth surrounding you their great love just for you is deep deep compassion for who you are your experiences your journey your expression your vibration your challenges your passions feeling this second layer shower down like clothes and frequencies that teach your being the truth of who you are remembering who you are and in doing so meeting all of the elements all of your insecurities fears doubts with great love great acceptance just acknowledgement comforting them holding them as we tune into the vibration that knowingness of energy washing down from the third layer with each wave of energy radiating from this third layer assisting you expanding and deepening your spiritual connection further assisting you in letting go What is the name of the chakra at the base of the skull? I kept rewinding it yo listen and I’m not quite getting it.
I get energy stagnated there from being misaligned from a birth defect in my jaw.
I’d like to focus on that area and do some research on that chakra.
