Calling In A Soul For Healing, Forgiveness & Surrender

This is a healing journey to invite the soul and higher self of an individual in your life or past - for sacred healing. During this process you will be guided to meet on a soul level with an individual you wish to heal with, opening up for soul level communication - to initiate deeper healing, communication and surrender. This is a journey encouraging your ongoing shift into a heart centered experience. Blessings

Namaste.

This meditation is designed to speak on a soul level to someone in your life or in your past that you'd like to meet beyond the personality,

Perhaps for healing,

Forgiveness,

Letting go,

Or simply to meet one another beyond the confines of experience dynamics,

Which can cloud and distort our perceptions of one another.

You may use this as a way of inviting healing,

Compassion,

Forgiveness,

Higher insight into your life.

And it also allows us to gravitate back down towards our heart center and training us in looking out into the world and ourselves with love,

With higher reasoning,

Enabling us to make this shift from duality consciousness into unified consciousness.

Let us begin.

I'd like you to begin with your breath and taking your breath inward,

All the way down to the tips of your toes and breathing out,

Feeling each breath bringing you peace,

Relaxation,

Each breath bringing you an invitation to arrive here.

And as you're breathing in and breathing out,

Letting go of any need to relax,

Letting go of any need to be anything else than who you are in this moment,

Using your breath to invite this frequency of acceptance,

Accepting the mind for however active it is.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

We begin by tuning inwards,

Connecting to your multidimensional system.

I'd like you to take awareness to your chakras.

These are your energy centers located along your spine,

From the base of your spine,

Your root chakra,

All the way up to the top of your head,

Your crown chakra,

Visualizing a column of light traveling down your spine,

From the crown all the way down to the root and reaching down through the root into Mother Earth,

Breathing up from Mother Earth through your root chakra into this column of light,

Feeling this light build with luminosity,

Glowing as it travels up and down with your breath.

Deep breath in,

Feeling it glowing from within,

Deep breath out,

Glowing,

Radiating.

Deep breath in,

Radiating from within.

Deep breath out,

Radiating outwardly.

Taking a moment to enjoy this openness.

And now I ask you to take your awareness to the inner planes,

The inner planes of your imagination,

Of your consciousness.

Here visualizing beautiful field of grass.

This is your sacred place within.

There is an almost magical quality in this place,

Mystical quality.

And we ask here for your sacred inner temple.

As around you,

Pillars of light materialize,

Pillars that reach high up into the sky,

Radiating with moving liquid light.

These four pillars all around you representing an open temple,

A symbolic place of intentional sacredness.

And here inviting in your soul presence,

Sensing this beautiful energy entering this space.

As your soul presence enters,

Representing the eternity within you,

The one beyond this individual story that you are experiencing in this lifetime,

The one that has experienced all of your stories,

Sensing this beautiful depth of wisdom,

Love,

Knowingness that is you.

And we invite in your higher self to enter this space.

As a large sphere of white light approaches from behind,

Feeling it light up the space,

Your higher self,

The higher aspect of your consciousness,

Sees all,

Knows all,

And is connected beyond this time,

Feeling it as a parental energy,

Holding you,

Loving you,

Looking out for you.

And for this healing,

You are invited to invite the soul of an individual that you would like to initiate healing with.

This is a space of healing,

Compassion,

Higher insight,

Forgiveness,

And meeting beyond the stories,

Tuning into their name and invite their soul presence into this sacred temple.

As this soul presence enters,

Witnessing your soul and their soul beginning to communicate through soul language.

This is language beyond the mind,

Beyond logic or rationale.

We also invite in the higher self of this soul to enter,

As a great light enters and holds space for them,

For you,

For this healing space.

And here we invite in higher healing light to enter this space,

As descending shimmers of white light enters,

Softening this space,

Appreciating there is a communion between your higher selves,

Between your souls,

Between your personalities that is occurring.

In this space,

We acknowledge the genuine feelings,

Experiences,

Dynamics that were encountered between the personalities of your experiences.

This is a space of healing,

Of moving beyond the stories and communicating on a deeper soul level.

We ask for this higher healing light to begin to dissolve the clouded perceptions between you both.

In doing so,

Dissolving misunderstandings,

Misconceptions,

Clearing the lenses so both of you may begin to see the beauty of one another from a soul level.

As this continues,

Understanding these emotions that have been evoked are from within and have been triggered by the other,

Playing a part in each of your unfolding stories.

Here we call in the higher self presence of each of you to shower down higher wisdom and understanding,

To see beyond linear time,

To see beyond the surface,

And begin to meet one another,

Understand one another on a more multi-dimensional level.

Here,

As a soul language begins to develop,

Both of you begin to communicate on a deeper soul level,

Recognizing the higher design,

Beyond understanding,

Yet knowing there is opportunity here for treasure.

This is a space for you to share whatever you would like,

Perhaps conversations that were unable to be had,

To create this space for healing,

Forgiveness,

Compassion,

And surrender.

As you continue to speak on a soul level,

Guided by your higher selves,

To grow,

To develop,

To step into something more,

You both communicate how these experiences that you have shared has impacted you each,

Creating more positive decisions for yourself because of them,

Perhaps in relation to your self-worth,

Your well-being.

Have these experiences allowed you to look at yourself with more respect,

More appreciation,

Refining more understanding of what you want?

We now ask for the energy of sacred compassion to entwine within this higher light,

Transcending duality,

As this great,

Soft,

Unified love descends,

Shimmering across both of you,

Carrying with it the wisdom beyond the stories,

Beyond each of your stories,

Beyond the ideas,

Beyond the experiences.

This energy doesn't discount the experiences,

It is beyond,

It is complete,

It is knowing of all.

Let us bathe in the higher teaching of this and allow it to speak directly with your soul,

Here sensing and feeling the genuine care on a soul level by the other for how they have treated you or misunderstood you.

And feel your own soul communicating this same message towards them,

Appreciating that this is an experience of letting go by each of you,

So you may be free,

Whilst also acknowledging your empowerment as a creator of your reality,

Feeling the heart connection between you both strengthening,

As you both appreciate the sacred design and choices to play a part in each other's reality.

If it feels right,

This is the space to embrace on a soul level,

Or offering your loving compassion for this sacred space,

Giving gratitude for this soul entering this space and for their higher self,

As they step back,

Dissolving back into consciousness,

Bringing your awareness back to yourself,

As you feel the great loving overseeing presence of your higher self brimming with love,

Pride and care for you,

Knowing you have embodied a greater part of you within,

And this forgiveness that you have extended outwardly is mirrored within to the part of you that reflected,

Manifested,

Interacted with this story in your life,

As we call in the frequency of forgiveness,

Allowing it to move through you as a transforming force,

Alchemical force,

Taking a deep breath in,

A deep breath out,

Bringing your awareness back into your body as you take one hand to place upon your heart centre,

Knowing you take with you a more heart opening experience of your life,

Of yourself,

And this meeting will have a direct impact on who you now reflect,

Attract and magnetise towards you,

Honouring yourself,

Bringing more parts of yourself back into integration,

Into wholeness,

And knowing that this is an ongoing journey,

More emotions may emerge,

Yet knowing that this soul language,

Communication between you is allowing for a deeper awakening,

Breathing back into your body,

Feeling a shower of gentle white light from source,

Gently showering,

Shimmering all across you,

Purifying,

Cleansing,

Washing away,

Returning,

Becoming,

Awakening.

Thank you for creating this. It really did help me. I visualized our higher selves coming off stage after performing the play of our lives (and the conflict between me and my daughter) and giving each other the biggest hug. Full of love. Carrying nothing from the “play” and leaving arm and arm with the biggest smiles. I will carry this vision with me as we move through this conflict in this dimension. Thank you for taking me there. It was very much needed.
