To experience fully yourself and this moment.
So let's take first a long breath.
And for the first minute or so,
Let's have our attention more focused on the breath.
Find out any effort,
Just following the natural in and out of the air in the body.
And the breath can be short or can be long.
It can be superficial or deep.
Just noticing.
And gradually allowing the awareness to include other things,
The senses,
Like we did last week,
The sounds,
The smells.
Imagining that awareness is becoming large as the sky.
And everything that comes into awareness,
Just allow that thing to be present.
Like if it was a cloud passing through the sky.
Without any effort,
The sky allows the cloud to pass.
So for the next minutes,
Let's see if it's possible to just be with our experience,
Either pleasant or unpleasant.
Just being with the experience.
