Welcome to this space.

This is your time to come back home to yourself and be here.

So let's begin very gently.

Take a soft deep breath in and a long breath out.

Again inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Your jaw to soften and release all tension from your forehead.

Let there be no tension in any part of your body.

If there is any weight of the day you're holding on to,

Just let it go.

If there is any resistance,

Resisting,

Whatever it is,

If you're trying to fight the present moment,

Let go of that resistance and gently whisper to yourself,

Whatever is,

I accept whatever is.

I accept whatever life offers and I respond with the best of my abilities without creating any resistance.

Peace is not in control,

Peace is in surrender,

Accepting and allowing that which is not in our control.

So let me accept myself as I am,

Let me accept others as they are and I accept all my life situations as they are and allow trust to emerge from within,

A trust that makes me feel that everything is going to be ok and I don't have to constantly think about it.

I can trust in the future and bring my attention to this moment and only this moment so that I can appreciate the blessings that I am receiving.

And let me pay my attention to the beauty and the richness of this moment.

I am deeply grateful,

Grateful for the surrender,

I am grateful that I am able to accept and I am grateful that I am able to trust.

I would like to invite you to see yourself,

You are peace,

You are presence,

So swim in this ocean of silence,

This silence,

This stillness,

This calm.

This peace,

This is our true nature,

This is who we are,

May we always be who we are and now I create an intention,

The silence and the spaciousness within.

Allowing life to unfold without any resistance and witnessing the beauty in this moment.
