As you walk through your reality today,

I invite you to explore what's really going on here.

As you watch your feet take step after step over the ground,

Think about what a miracle it is to be walking right now.

Your mind automatically knows what to do to orchestrate all of the muscles and the tendons and the ligaments in your legs,

In your hips,

In your abdomen,

In your knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

And feet.

To move in perfect harmony and transport you from one place to another.

As you walk,

Focus on all of the muscles and the joints that are moving all at once and in perfect unison so that you can stay balanced and upright as you travel through the world.

Your foot knows the exact angle to be at when it lands on the ground.

Your feet know what distance they need to be from each other to make your perfect step.

Your opposite foot knows when to lift off the ground so that you don't trip.

And for the majority of us,

This function happens without us needing to consciously think about it.

We just think about where we are and where we're going.

And then we go.

And we don't question this process.

Typically,

We move our bodies from place to place unconsciously.

Sometimes it's even easy to forget that we have this body.

We get so used to it showing up however we need it to show up that we just assume that it will.

How often do you take time to thank your body?

Thank your body for showing up consistently,

Unconditionally to transport your spirit through this reality.

Thank you body.

Now,

Keep walking and keep your focus on the lower half of your body from the hips down.

And just observe how everything moves.

How your femurs move in your hip sockets.

How your knee joints bend and flex.

How your ankles move on these subtle angles.

And how your feet land on the ground.

And with each step,

Thank you,

Thank you.
