
Cultivating A Relationship To Your Radiant Self
In this guided meditation, Vanessa invites us into a practice to cleanse, expand and tap into your aura. This act calls us to go inwards. Into our hearts, and into our bodies, and work to develop an intrinsic relationship with our radiant body and bio-magnetic fields. Drift into this restorative practice by creating space within ourselves using breathwork to calm and regenerate the nervous system. A sweet way to stay connected to the liveness and the strength that lives within us.

Welcome.
This is a meditation with a focus on developing a relationship to your auric field.
To cleanse,
Expand and tap into your radiant body and your bio-magnetic field.
You might begin by finding a tall comfortable seat using pillows or cushions to support your back or your knees.
Or maybe perhaps finding yourself lying down but just choosing a shape that feels comfortable and supportive in your body.
And to begin,
Take a deep inhale through the nose and cleansing breath out through the mouth.
Breathing out any tension in the body.
And one more time just like that,
Fill all the way to the top,
Feel the ribs widen,
Your belly expand and then release,
Sigh through the mouth.
Encouraging your body and breath to take up more space than it ever has before.
And beginning to land in your body and land into your breath by doing this.
And taking as many sighs as you need to through the mouth and just remembering to honor any energy if it needs to release.
And continuing to allow your body to begin to relax.
Noticing the sensations around you,
Maybe the weight of the blanket on your body,
The temperature of the room,
Maybe any sounds or sensations happening external of you.
And once you've taken inventory of the space around you,
See if you can start to let the sounds and the sensations dissolve as you begin to tune into your internal landscape.
And without trying to change the breath or become critical of it,
Just begin to notice what's happening with your breath inside your body.
Noticing perhaps if it feels shallow or deep,
Moving freely or if it feels constricted.
Don't try to shape or alter it just yet,
But rather just becoming aware of it here and the sensations that it creates in your body.
And simply just observing as you breathe,
Not striving to change anything about your breath.
Observing and accepting your experience in this moment without judgment.
Paying attention to each inhale and exhale.
And see now if you can start to identify two distinct streams of air.
The cooling sensation,
Your nostrils on the inward breath,
Feeling it cool as it enters your nasal passages and rolls down through your throat and into your lungs.
Feel how it moves down your belly and your torso through your pelvis and your legs and then through your feet.
And then feel now as it pushes its way back up through your feet and legs,
Pelvis,
Belly,
Chest,
Lungs,
And then warms the upper lip on the way out the nose.
Just notice as you're becoming aware of this,
How your breath is naturally beginning to deepen.
Feeling the cooling and warming sensation of that breath moving through your body.
And see now if you can start to extend those breaths of yours for a slow count of four.
Inhale,
Visualizing the breath moving through and down the body just like we did for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
A small hold at the bottom and then back up all the way through your central channel again for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And keep breathing like this at your own pace,
Counting and visualizing,
Really seeing your breath move through your body.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And then exhaling and seeing and tracking that energy moving down and through your body on your exhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And keep exhaling softly until every last bit of air is released and taking away all of the tension in your neck and your back and your shoulders,
Your face.
Inhaling naturally,
Gently and slowly until your lungs are completely filled with air.
And then slowly exhaling,
Focusing on the out breath as the need of stress in your body is being released with that air floating away from you.
And when that last bit of air is released,
Inhaling naturally gently slowly.
Feeling your lungs fill with air,
Maybe even slightly scented with an aroma,
Purifies your mind and your body,
Releasing your attachments to your ego self and soothing your inner spirit,
Freeing it to wander during this meditation,
Be free of attachments.
Keep breathing here,
Keep moving at a pace that feels good for you.
Knowing that engaging this breath,
This equal parts breathing,
It deactivates and calms our autonomic nervous system after only four rounds of this type of breathing.
And this process helps us tap into our hypothalamus,
Adrenal and pituitary glands and catapult our healing process on a mind,
Body and soul level activation.
And so do this just a few more times.
And sending the breath to any areas in your body that feel tight or any areas of tension.
Let the breath go to any of these areas and relax them and breathe out the tension giving yourself permission here to fully relax into this moment.
Diving even deeper now into the center of your being and becoming united with your highest self.
Perhaps now calling on your guides and all the forces around you that contribute to your most expensive version of self.
Continue to breathe at any length or any pace that feels grounding and nurturing to you.
Beginning now to find yourself seated deeper in the seat of your own consciousness and ready to continue to develop this sacred relationship with your auric field now.
Your bioenergy field or aura is a primary contributor to your physical and emotional well being.
When your aura is vibrant,
Chances are that you are in good health and your health is equally as vibrant as that aura.
Our aura acts as a mirror,
A mirror to our soul,
The mirror of our spirit,
Of the very depth and being of our personality.
And every one of us is different and our highest selves are expressed through our aura.
Because most physical problems appear first in the bioenergy field and then later into the physical body,
One of the best ways we can take care of ourselves is by keeping our auras bright and smooth and clear of blockages.
And your aura can radiate up to 15 feet or more from your body and it exists on another frequency.
One of which most people can't see with their physical eye.
During the day,
Our own thoughts form other people's energies and the energies of our environment may affect us detrimentally and damage or weaken our auras.
And every thought we have is turned into energy which then passes through our aura and influences it.
And these auras can subsequently become dimmer from the everyday.
With this meditation,
With this simple act of reprogramming and cleansing our energetic healing,
We can realign and revive our energy fields.
To increase the vibrational frequency of our aura fields so that we can not only protect ourselves from diseases or discomforts manifesting in our physical bodies,
But we can also do this to become a vibratory match for everything we're calling in.
Everything we desire.
And so begin to see and feel yourself completely and fully immersed in a cleansing bright light or energetic frequency around you from head to foot.
From front to back and on all sides of your body.
Take the time now to really visualize this really see it in your mind's eye.
This bright energy begins to totally envelope you and it feels so good,
So refreshing and very energizing all at the same time.
See and feel this frequency softly bathe your entire physical form.
You can see and feel it as it travels around you and through you.
You can see and feel this energy bathe you from the inside out.
From the inside of your physical cavity and includes bathing your internal organs,
Your glands,
Even on a cellular and molecular level.
This whole body is completely immersed in this energy and frequency.
See and feel every cell in your body as you begin breathing slowly with intention here.
And every time you inhale,
You breathe in healing and nourishing energy and cleansing frequency inside of you.
Take your time to really feel this.
Make it a sensory experience and a radical act of healing from the inside out.
Take a deep breath now fully inhaling and then fully exhaling.
See and feel the frequency bathe your entire energetic field going 15 feet out and beyond your physical body and all the way around it 360 degrees.
You are now surrounded by this pristine light of purification and it feels so soothing and comforting.
It instantly transmutes any and all things that don't contribute to your well-being.
And state to yourself now after me the following intention with resolve and conviction.
I am cleansing,
Protecting and sealing my energetic field.
And for my highest good and the highest good of all concerned.
And stay relaxed and become the artist of your own masterpiece that is your life and use your internal seeing and knowing to physically feel all of this beautiful energy begin to stream down from the heavens around you.
And this special frequency is delivered directly from source.
And it has special encodings in it for your purification and protection.
Know that you have been hardwired to be able to receive these programs and contain special encodings just for you.
And these are your birthright.
And these messages then work as needed on your emotional and mental and physical even spiritual levels.
And as you absorb these messages created for you from source you begin to feel lighter and more free.
Feeling the surge of life pulsing through you.
Replenishing your energy.
And each time you breathe you can tell you are being completely restored from deep inside.
From an unending and powerful source of energy and vitality.
And you can feel your energy and enthusiasm pouring back into you.
To continue on with courage and a willingness to trust.
See and feel now that this cleansing bright light seals securely over your energy field.
And it now protects the integrity of that frequency inside.
And you feel safe here and protected in this light cocoon.
And take a deep breath now fully inhaling and fully exhaling.
Know that you are perfect,
Whole and complete.
Breathing now after me to yourself with belief and conviction.
I am perfect,
Whole and complete.
You reaffirm after me to yourself with conviction.
This practice and ritual has purified me and protects me.
Thank you universe.
And keep breathing,
Keep filling your space with healing energy,
Divinity and highest good.
Stay connected to the soothing rhythm of your breath.
Keep imagining that your entire being is wrapped in this beautiful bio filled cleansing healing light.
And keep creating that cocoon or womb like sensation inside your auric field giving you space to go in.
And here inside the space you can remember who you are and why you're here.
And let this frequency fill you up and embrace you and provide you with everything you need so that you can grow and expand and evolve.
And feel the rise and fall of your chest,
Your lungs and the life within your heart space and feel the vibrancy within your being.
And take a deep breath and let it lift you above any limiting weight that may be gripping you.
And as it releases entirely from your body,
It lifts you to your natural and highest state.
Allow your breath to lift you into your freedom.
Once you've been recognized inside of that freedom,
Say thank you for whatever has been given to you in this tremendous gift of life.
Can you believe that you are being held in the most sacred of ways and the most tender of embraces and that you are being supported,
Being nudged to lift your chin and open your eyes and unlock your heart?
And can you trust that you are the source of your life and you are equally being supported by life and that life is ultimately always in your favor?
