It's okay to feel.
It's okay to cry.
It's okay to nag.
It's okay to be happy.
It's okay to be satisfied right where you are.
But what's not okay is when you stay there.
When you stay in.

I don't want to call them negative because they're not.
More like those feelings that make us feel uncomfortable.
So if we stay in that traffic light,
Then we will never see a solution.
We will never see a difference.
We will never see how beautiful life is.
We will never admire those small moments.
As we say in mindfulness,
Beginner's mind,
We will never actually just live.
Sometimes we just get stuck.
We get stuck in the past.
We get stuck in a place where we really shouldn't be at.
But like I said,
It's okay to feel.
But it's also okay to stand up.
It's also okay to get right back up.
To get together again.
To fall back in love.
To be yourself again.
Or let's say a better person.
A better version.
It's okay to grow.
It's okay to be prosperous.
Everything is okay.
So today the message is feel whatever you have to feel.
Cry,
Nag,
Whatever you want to do.
But always remember to get back up.
To let everything go.
Learn from the experience and get back up.
Because you are the most powerful human being there ever is.
You can do it.
You can be the best version that you can be.
Remember that you're magic.
Don't ever forget that.
Don't ever forget that you're magic.
That you're love.
That you're light.
Because sometimes we do forget it.
We do forget what we really are.
That's why I think mantras are so important.
Because they show us.
Where they remind us what we really are.
You are beautiful.
You are handsome.
You're magic.
Just repeat it.
Don't ever forget who you really are.
So feel and get right back up.
