I'm so glad that you came back and made a new track. I just recently found your meditations and profile and I am a huge fan! Everything you said is absolutely right. For so many years I took everything for granted. Tomorrow is never promised the only thing we truly have is the present moment and that's where true spiritual happiness lies.
