Welcome to Affirmations for Releasing Anxiety.
We are your guides,
Melanie Edwards and Stacey Simon-Segal.
Are you ready to break free from anxiety?
Unleash your inner power with the following affirmations that will give you the tools to help you find strength and reclaim your peace of mind.
Find a comfortable space.
Wherever you are,
You can create a safe space to help you refocus your mind and calm your body.
As you listen,
Imagine breathing in each affirmation and exhaling stress,
Fear,
And worry.
Let's get started.
I am grounded and centered.
My feelings are valid and allowing myself to feel them is okay.
With each breath,
I inhale peace and exhale stress and worry.
I only need to think about being present in this very moment.
This moment will pass and I will come out on the other side okay.
I accept the things I can work on and disregard the things I cannot.
I'm allowed to take this moment to honor myself and my feelings.
It's okay to say no to those things that do not serve me.
I can trust myself and my intuition to make the right decisions.
My only job at this very moment is to be present,
Breathe,
And love myself.
On the other side of this,
I will realize I'm strong and capable.
I am safe,
Supported,
And loved.
I choose not to ignore my anxiety but to recognize it and remind myself it's okay as I focus on my breath.
I will honor myself through self-care and give myself a break.
I am perfectly imperfect.
I choose peace and have faith that I will be okay.
My body knows what to do and I let go of control,
Trusting it to work as it should.
The future always turns out better than we think at this moment.
I close my eyes and envision a soft,
Peaceful glow surrounding and protecting me.
Anxiety doesn't lock me down.
I can move through it and take action.
I am proving to myself daily that I can handle anything that comes my way and be okay on the other side.
I am making myself aware of my surroundings and becoming present with the things I can touch,
Feel,
And see.
I am learning to replay my thoughts that say I am safe,
I am strong,
And I am capable.
I am allowed to call out my anxiety as false and tell it why it's wrong.
I am allowed to say no to worries that have not proven themselves to be correct.
I am learning and applying tools that I can rely on to help me refocus my thoughts.
I am allowed to take my power back.
I realize that anxiety may return,
But I know I will be able to handle it when it does.
I don't need to try and control my anxiety.
I am someone who deals with anxiety and nothing more.
I am not anxiety,
And anxiety doesn't define me or label me.
I am ready to move ahead and know I'll be okay from this moment on.

You are strong,
Capable,
And worthy.
Have a blessed day.
